The person who commented on having their fish get infected by sick fish, thats your fault for doing that. Whenever I buy fish I make sure I look at them carefully, making sure they are healthy, colorful, and active. Update: I have a ten and sixty five gallon aquarium, my ten is a booming peaceful community while my sixty five is a mixed aggressive south american setup. In my ten I have three cherry barbs and a large growing anubia, I bought both the plant and cherrys near a close warehouse near me (Carle Place), I decided to go here today to get some other fish. I saw some black neons and green cobra guppys, I checked them carefully and they looked active and will be a great addition to my peaceful community. I got one more thing to tell the person who said that, dont always blame the business its usually the fish that come in from shipping. It always depends on the batch and all, Ive bought sick fish before but managed to quarantine and save them. To sum it all up now I have a second location for me to go in case I need fish haha, keep up the good work guys youre my favorite hotspot and always will be!!

I HAD a beautiful fish tank wish over 20 fish for over 2 years. I decided to buy four fish from Pet Warehouse and the next day one of the fish I purchase were dead. I bought it back to the store and I was told they needed a sample of the water. I had no time to supply them with a sample because the following day all of my fish were sick. I noticed the other three fish I purchased from them had white spots and fuzz on them. Sadly, every single fish that I had for over 2 years died. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Their fish contaminated my entire tank and left it diseased. I now have to throw everything out that I had in my tank because no matter how much I would like to try to clean it, Ive never seen such a fast moving disease destroy over 20 fish the way these four fish did. I dont know what diseases they carry in that store, but I will never ever buy a fish from them again!!

I was spending so much money at those chain stores that cant give you any info about anything. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. They have buyers programs on 5 different brands of healthy food so I save a fortune. Great supply of fish and guys know their stuff. Best is the their wash your own dog station and dog washing pkgs that include the bath shampoo and a towel. My animals are allowed to come shop with me. Best of all if I need something that they dont carry,they will oder it for me and get it in a week or less. A+ plus I rather give my money to a mom and pop shop then the big corporations. Oh they also have a weekly texting program with coupons and a bi monthly email coupon list and are considering starting to deliver if enough people are intrested

The measure of a company is their behavior after something goes wrong. I ordered a product online. I received that product, but unfortunately, it kept tripping the GFCI socket I use to protect myself when using electronics around water. This is a manufacturing defect, clearly not the fault of Pets Warehouse. I explained the issue. Their behavior was letter perfect. The product was exchanged without any stress or games. High marks from this customer. Thank you for being a reputable company. Recommended!!!

I ordered a dog house from this website because I didnt want to buy from the store and worry about getting it home. I was hesitant at first because Ive never bought items like this online, but since I saw great reviews I thought Id give it a try. And the reviews were right! The dog house arrived when expected and it was in great condition! Now, I order all of my dogs needs on this website - even their dog food. Its just so much more convenient that way! Online shopping for my cats on Pets Warehouse is lots of fun. I sit on my laptop with my cat by my side and we look at toys for her to play with, eventually. Ive bought a thing or two and Im just so happy theyre delivered straight to my doorstep. A great bonding activity for me and my cat!

Great fish selection and very nice staff but many times I have gotten diseases from fish there in my fish tanks. Be cautious and look for any sort of illness of the fish there. From that they always have the food I need and have. Any other supplies for my pets there. Definitely go there!

Horrible customer service! Extremely rude and most items are on back stock and will take weeks if not months to arrive. If you google them you will see they have many, many lawsuits and BBB complaints. They will be out of business soon, so dont get taken.

A little understaffed at times. But when you do find somebody they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of salt and freshwater fish/accessories. Way better then Petsmart/Petco. Havent really shopped on the other side of the store much.

Friendly staff. They have a decent selection of corals. Lots of healthy specimens to choose from and great prices on fish. They occasionally have specials on tanks and stands. Aside from the reef hobby, they are a full stocked pet supplies store.

I mainly go for saltwater stock. Great frags and colonies from easy beginner corals to 400$ shortcake cuts. Have gotten a few dirty/hitchhiked frags but cant always help that. Fish selection is pretty good too.

A nice place but they have terribly arrogant staff. They really need to be far more selective in their hiring practices. Just saw that Tiffany Hooton (of Judge Judy fame) works here. Not a good human being.
