Bought two fish from them without checking, which was my mistake. When I got home I saw that BOTH of them were sick. One was very sick - was overly inactive, weak looking, not swimming well and fins have rotted quite badly. The other one was not as inactive but fins have also rotted a little. I called to inform them got a voice message telling them that they sold me very sick fishes and to call back. Never heard from them. It is true that I should have checked, but having both sick fish and not calling me back is a bad sign. Plus the guy tending to us did not seem enthusiastic to serve.
this is the place for serious fish enthusiast, if your heart is to get a good deal on some quality fish come here. unlike petsmart, they have awesome buy 2 get 1 free specials and buy 1 and get on 1 50% off. not to mention most of the fish are cheap. if your looking for a fish store with some interesting specimens and knowledgeable people come here! i buy atleast 2 or 3 different times a week, and if i dont buy im always keeping tabs on whats new or asking when new shipments arrive and anthony is the younger guy who works there REALLY knows his stuff.
I have been working with Dave at Allquatics for years, an couldnt be happier. He built a beautiful waterfall for my pond, and has stocked me with wonderful fish. He is incredibly reliable and responsive - when I need any maintenance on the pond, of have any issues with my fish, I never have to wait long for him to get to me, and when he does get here, he always has the answer. I recommend him highly!
Worst place ever to purchase fish. Fish have ick the customer service is horrible and they give you the wrong fish when you asked for a specific one. No return policy on there mistake either. Worst worst worst place eveeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr. Ill stick with hidden reef fish factory aquarium center and even pets plus the one in PA. Never get fish from allquatics. How are they even in business????
It is so frustrating to deal with them. You call and call and do not get a call returned. This past two weeks I called the store no less than 6 times to schedule a maintenance visit and have yet to receive a call back. When they show up they do a reasonable job but getting them to show up is a real problem.

Always friendly and nice staff. Sometimes can be a little wait for help depending on time of day. Great selection of pond, fresh water, saltwater fish and accessories. Been going there for fresh and reef tank for years.
Just move to hamilton and found this place I must say its nice I pick up 2 red jewel cichlid and 1 die on me in 3 days I return it and gave me a new 1 no hassle at all they also check my water

Very helpful staff, lots of knowledge. Prices are high compared to online, but worth it to get the know how behind things.
Really disappointed in their cichlid selection. Wasnt acknowledged while in the store at all.
Cichlid selection is poor but their rock selection was a good price 1.99 for holey rock
Good selection , good plants , little on the expensiveness side but great products
