I have patronizing this theatre through many of its transitions and although the surrounding are more modern, prices especially matinee very competitive, the staff , some encountered are rude. Labor day 2016 we purchased two tickets to Ben Hur. We were early gave our tickets to the employee and she directed us to theatre #10. We were some what confused, because the outer slate indicated the movie was War Dogs. We nevertheless entered, realizing the movie was already playing, the movie space was veryvsmall, so as not to disturb the moviegoers we sat down, after 15 minutes or so, the movie ended and a young man came in to clean the theatre. He patiently waited for 2 elderly couples to leave. It was at this point I asked him is this where the movie Ben Hur movie will be playing, and thats when the rudeness occured. He told us next time we are to sit outside and wait for the movie to end, thats its our responsibility to know this procedure, even if the staff lets us in, that the staff are too busy to police everybody and give us proper instructions. I was very much offended, after showing him our ticket stub, I asked for his name and told him his manner of speaking to us, his assumption that we should know, his word by word confirmation and condescending manner was offensive. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but the theatre wasnt full, we were not in the way and what happened to customer service. I will not be back.

This theatre has changed names/ownership chains several times in the last few years, and was downsized to make room for a health clinic along the way. The prices remain lower than all its competition and about half that of what you would pay in the city. They remodeled several years ago with recliner lounge seating and still kept the prices low. Overall these seats are awesome but in the process the theater went from being the one place that was never sold out where you could show up without a hassle or advanced tickets to one where if you dont get there at least 30-40 minutes early you will be sitting in awful seats in the extreme front or sides. Thats because there are so many fewer seats than before and a large contingent of the typical audience at this theater is in retirement age (from nearby Monroe) and typically come early. You cant fault them for being the early birds. As a result, it went from being our go-to theater, especially since its the closest, to one we hardly ever go to. Despite the convenience, its just not worth the bad seat lottery. Meanwhile the AMC Market Faire opened with reserved lounge seats so this became our prime theater. Once you get used to reserved seating, its hard to ever go back to unreserved. If Picture Show made their seats reserved, it would be the place to beat. Until then, we only trust it with movie that have been out a while and arent likely to be popular.

Last night my daughter and her friends (all african american) went out to this movie theater, and encountered a European lady at the register. We asked the lady for 8 tickets to see The Jungle book, but was told it was sold out. Then we asked to see Batman and Superman, but instead she caught an attitude and said it is,"Batman Vs Superman and it pg-13, That is if you guys are old enough to see it. " And obviously they were all over the age of 13, she was just being rude. They were refused the tickets and was told to leave the theater, and never come back. While they were outside, they continued talking about situation, the lady at the register came outside and was told to leave the premises or else she would call the cops. My daughter and her friends ran into the shop rite and she still called the cops after they left. The lady was very racist, and should be removed from her occupation.

This place and company in general have the worst costumer service ever. No one ever picks up the phone and whenever you try to call Im the theater no one is their to pick up, I lost my wallet and tried to contact this place several times and they wont pick up. The headquarters wont even pick up the phone and they have no type of costumer service. This place looks like an old white ladys housw from the 90s. Its looks old and ratchet and the only good thing about this place are the prices and seats. The quality of the movie sucks and the sound is terrible. I can literally walk right into the movie theaters and get into any movie free cause their are no movie attendants whats so ever. This place is boot leg af and has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced

Took my 4 year old daughter to see Trolls. First, the previews were pretty risque for a childs movie. Then the movie starts and it proceeds to show someone tied up and then getting their head chopped off. Needless to say a lot of the children and parents start to get upset. We find out that they mislabeled the theater and Dr. Strange was playing and Trolls was playing where Dr. Strange was labeled. The worst part is the "manager" had the nerve to have an attitude with the parents who were clearly upset when it was THEIR error and you clearly had many children who were under 4 just see someones head getting sliced off. I understand mistakes happen but the way the manager handled it was terrible. Would never come here again.

My new favorite area theater! 1) Comfort in the viewing environment is what its all about! Air conditioning provides adequate cooling for the crowded theatre. 2) Large, comfortable, electric reclining seats are designed for comfort! Even when filled to capacity, you get a an enjoyable experience! 3) Concession is adequately staffed and not unreasonably priced (for a movie :-) 4) Ticket prices are the lowest in the area! 5) A FREE loyalty program that gives FREE value for frequent movie-goers. A shame AMC announced they are purchasing this chain... Hopefully, AMC wont destroy them by making them more like the other crumby AMC theatres!

Not a fan of the employees. A spanish woman, Joanna, supposed to be a manager I think, was so rude to my family for absolutely no reason. We were told by the box office to come one hour before the movie started if we want decent seats so thats what we did. My husband walked over to the ticket person just to ask where we should line up or wait. She came over and told us it was too early and had a huge attitude for no reason. Unreal. We were just doing what we were told to do. If we hadnt already bought the tickets, we wouldve been out of there. Good prices and great seats though.

The price is great, but the workers dont follow the rules of assigned seating. The last two times we went, I reserved my seats online 3 days in advance, and both times my seats were taken. The people refused to move because they were not given assigned seats when they purchased their tickets right before the movie (not their faults-clearly the workers faults who told me themselves they never mentioned the assigned seats to the other buyers and wish assigned seating didnt exist). It caused great chaos that lasted into the start of the movies.
