We have recently visited the Boardwalk theater and was very disappointed. I booked the tickets a month back and on the day of the event the entire row of seating was not present. On speaking with the seating agent he asked us to come along with the guest services. The guest services gave us an alternate ticket stating that the seats are the best and the seating agent seated us as we had no idea what the new tickets seat number stated. The new seat number were the seats in the corner as opposed to a good view of the stage that I had booked. To our horror there was another horrific surprise, another men came claiming the seats are theirs. The seating agent upon seeing the tickets said the seats were actually not ours and our seats were in the back. The seats in the back were already occupied. My husband again approached the guest services with the tickets. In the mean time, the seating agents and other officials were verbally threatening me to call the Atlantic police to throw me out of the Theater. I explained them that my husband has gone to sort things out but the seating agents and other officials took no notice. I had a small child with me and this type of unprofessional, unethical and barbaric attitude is highly unwarrented upon me . I am writing this mail in utter disappointment in the hope that this type of attitude is not repeated in the future..

My fiancé purchased two front row tickets with a ViP pass for a Jason Aldean concert. First off the people who paid extra money for the VIP tickets supposedly "no lines" ended up waiting on a line for an hour and a half. After the line finally moves, there wasnt any staff members to direct you where to go. My fiancé and a hundred others were standing in limbo wondering what to do. When we took our seats to see the show, we were extremely happy....at first. After about 10 minutes every one walking down the stairs from the incorrect section were being directed in front of our row. Hundreds of people literally walking in front of consistently. The couple next to us complained to the event staff twice....nothing. My fiancé complained two times....nothing. Then I finally found a manager and told him about what was happening and it slightly got better. Everyone in our row (row AA) was disappointed and some even left. I refuse to see another show here.

The hallowed shrine that symbolizes and defines Atlantic City. Home of Miss America, big name musical concerts, hockey games, basketball tournaments, truck shows, conventions, and every other entertainment you can imagine, the Hall is living history. And its also home to the MIdmer-Losh Organ, the largest musical instrument in the entire world (undergoing restoration at the time of this review), it is a wonder to hear in person. Oh, theres also the Kimball Organ located in the Adrian Phillips ballroom, which is the fourth largest of its kind, and is featured each year during the silent film series. The Deco interior is a beautiful representation of the bygone era in which it was built, and lends a certain majesty to every event held there.

If you are in Atlantic City and have an opportunity to go into Boardwalk Hall you need to do it as it has been the site of so much of the history of Atlantic City. If you just sit back and reminisce of things such as Bert Parks singing"There She Is" you can almost get the feeling of having been there live. From various sports events including indoor football and an archery contest I had participated in to the Democratic convention in 1964 where LBJ was nominated before continuing on in the office he held after the assassination of John F Kennedy the building has a great deal of history that is worth remembering especially for some that if we dont remember we may repeat.

Overall, we had a good time at the show. Seating was a little cramped, even in the higher priced sections. The parking garage only accepted cash, and the attendant almost didnt seem legit. I was reluctant to hand him money. The garage was dank and smelly with puddles everywhere (creepy looking). It was helpful to have people directing traffic to available parking, but at the end of the night, leaving was a free-for-all with no one directing traffic. It took forever to get out.

A really cool place, which contains the worlds largest (and loudest) pipe organ! I visited on a Wednesday morning and took the two-hour behind-the-scenes tour of the organ. The tour and the recital following it are some of the coolest things I have ever done. Theyre currently restoring the organ, its only partially functional and its still amazing, so I cant wait until its fully restored in a few years! Even if you arent an organ enthusiast, you will enjoy this place!

They dont build them like this anymore. Too bad. Enjoy this while you can. A PALACE compared to most modern venues, concert halls or convention centers. Convenient, easy in, easy out location. Comfortable seating. But the best of all is the MASSIVE pipe organ, the largest musical instrument in the world. They give free concerts and tours (at least in the summer months). If you are in Atlantic City, put it on your must-see list.

I went to a Nas concert yesterday and could not believe how poorly ppl were being treated. The place reeked of weed and the staff was disorganized, rude, and abrasive. The staff did treat concertgoers like paying customers. Instead, the staff acted like occupiers. The concert started 1 1/2 hours late and the room didnt feel like it was air conditioned or well ventilated. It was my first and last time there.

Very historic, and a great venue for concerts and other events. And an excellent stop to check out their amazing pipe organ. But when nothing is going on, it seems pretty empty and kinda sad. Not sure how that could be fixed, but I hope somebody comes up with some ideas , because otherwise it seems like a waste - people just dont seem to appreciate how magnificent a space it is.

My husband and I were there over the Valentines Day weekend and the show started 50 minutes late. Then it took 1 hour to set up Erykah Badu staging. It was Tyrese and Erykah Badu. Tyrese only performed for 50 minutes but when he did, he really performed very well. Erykah Badu did a very good job also performing 1 hour and 10 minutes.

What happened to the Boardwalk Hall? This place used to be so great to go and have a nice walk in a nice summer day. Nowadays what you find is people begging for money, some spots dont feel safe. It is a shame and sad to see the Boardwalk Hall deteriorate in many ways. Hopefully someone could turn things around in Atlantic City.

The Holiday outdoor 3d light show is amazing. Normally I am not impressed with technology but this was 10 minutes of pure amazement. My family loved it. I was surprised how little it was advertised for what it was. I expected a bunch of lights to be moving on the wall....not the case. This is awesome!
