I dont know where to start with this place. I have visited many hotels/resorts and this one wins the worst by a ENORMOUS margin. First the dinner menu. The menu literally has THREE entrees. There isnt a second page of food, its a tiny menu printed on regular printer paper that they made in the morning. Nothing 4 star resort worthy food anyway. Just spare ribs as an entree. Next, the quality of hallways. Its awful I will tell you that. There are open fuse boxes all over the place which means that someone can turn all the power of with the flip of a switch and all the wallpaper in the place is peeling. Not to mention random stains on the floor. They come in a variety as well. Some are sticky and others are wet and squishy. Not very pleasant I assume. Next, the wifi. Im pretty sure everyone wants to know about this, the wifi here is 1.5 mb/s. Which would be considered fast in the 1990s, a turtle would run faster than this internet. And even if you wanted to pay for faster internet, thats not an option, you are stuck. Next, the rooms. Oh my room was quite an adventure. The main feature was a beat up fridge just sitting in one corner of the room. Not to mention the scratched walls and small beds and TV that would always lose cable every few minutes. Next, snacks. We all get up late at night to get food, it happens. So I walk down to the cafe. And to my surprise a small group is dining. So I ask for a cake that is just sitting in a glass container. The cashier says no. WHAT?! People are dining and you cant give me a cake? Its like you go to mcdonalds and the order a burger. The cashier says burger machine broke, even though there is no burger machine and there is a pile of them right there. Its absurd. So I then procedd to go to the vending machine. Everything is either 75 cents or 1.25. So I attempt to put 2 dollars in, but as I put the 2nd in, the machine is blocking that from happening. I put a quarter in, the machine spits out the coin like it just went through it. That was my last straw with this place. If you enjoy a good resort for the family, with actual ROOM SERVICE, go to camelback. Dont go here.

Dont waste one second of your time or any of your hard earned money on this dump. I dont understand how people say they love it here. I think its absolutely disgusting I think its absolutely disgusting.. rooms are filthy and they smell. For what I paid I couldve went to Aruba and Im not even exaggerating. My room look like a disgusting seaside skeezy motel room. Lock did not work was trapped in the room for the first night for three hours before they upgraded me to what they called the Capri . Which wasnt much better. Then I go to take a shower and the nozzle sprays all over the bathroom and floods it. When I booked the room I purchased the meal plan I was never told that you had to get the drink package. I even called three days prior to arriving for my vacation. And asked if there was anything else that I needed to buy to make sure that I had everything. I was told that I had the meal plan and there was nothing else I needed and everything looks good. So when I started getting charged for drinks like sodas and juice I was a little aggravated. But what got me more angry was when I was told I could not purchase the package at that time that it needed to be purchased prior to arriving for my vacation. And there are no safes in any of the rooms so you have to make sure you carry everything around with you and not leave it in the room . I cant believe the amount of money I spent to come here its absolutely ridiculous my friend said she spent the last to go to Beaches Turks and cacos which I have been to and that place is absolutely amazing and worth every dime not like villa Roma. I do not recommend coming here for any reason dont even drive-by. The people are very nice they did try to make it better for me but they couldve gave me some money off which they did not . there are a lot of activities for the kids to do that much I will say. but that being said does not make up for the rest of this crapy place.

First off for the amount of money they charge a night to stay there you would think the rooms would be more presentable. Room was clean but the furniture was not that comfortable or newly furnished look like a 1970s reject furniture. Also the food was terrible and cold, how is the orange juice warmer than the toast? Yuck they need to hire qualified Chefs and they gave us Kool Aid and tried to pretend it was regular Fruit Punch. The Good thing about the place was there activities which they had a lot of such as bowling, ice skating not just skiing or snow tubing. I enjoyed the activities and they have shuttles to take you from the hotel to wherever site you want to go on the resort. Second this was my first time skiing so on the "EASY" slope they should have a barrier between the trees and the slope since I almost went off the slope because that couldve been dangerous for first timers esp. if they dont have the money to take the classes. Third they need to put more than 2 signs directing people to the resort, we got lost because we didnt see anymore signs pointing to the site which can lead someone whose not familiar to be going up, down and around the hills....glad it wasnt night time or we wouldve been done! So I think instead of a sign at the beginning and towards the end of the site they should have signs in between the travel so we can know if we are going the right way. Last of all they need to be more strict on the kids running all over the place and banging on the walls, seems like the parents cant control their kids so the people at the resort need to be strict on the noise late at night and early mornings. Also on their pics on the wall advertising "Villa Roma" they should have more variety of people not just one group of people..and ppl who been there know what I mean...Would I pay that amount and go back again? No. Is it worth the money? You can decide that but for me NO.

I own a timeshare here. We have owned it for approximately 10 years. Just want to let everyone know that they are NOT accommodating with time share owners. Probably because they already have you and your money so your stuck. Thats why I decided to write this review. Word of mouth can be the best advertisement or the worst. With that said hears my story... As a time share owner you are required to pay a yearly maintenance fee which is due in January. A special offer was sent by mail saying if you pay by November 1st there would be no yearly increase. Sounds great right? Well there was a typo with the phone number on the letterhead and when I finally got through the office was closed. I left a message explaining the typo on letterhead and that I want to make a payment to take advantage of the special offer and said I would call back or they could call me back the very next day (11/2). The next day I called to make this payment and the person who answered the phone and the manager told me that because Im calling on November 2nd and the offer expired on the 1st I could no longer be locked into last years rate. It either had to be paid by credit card 11/1 or postmarked 11/1. Really??? Maybe if they would have the correct extension printed on the letterhead I would have gotten through. If I would have sent a check they wouldnt have gotten it the next day anyway so why not take a payment 13 hours after the deadline and have the money automatically in the account? I could understand if I was calling a week later. The best part is that they even said they got my message on the answering machine on 11/1. So now because of their mistake on their letterhead its going to cost me more for maintenance fees. Im hoping that by posting this to this website and many many more websites it cost them a potential time share buyer. Im disgusted in their customer service!
