Do you like to be pushed by the marshal on the front, the Golf club pro Peter in the same nine, and then followed by the back nine marshal pushing you to hurry up because you cant meet the 2 hours and 5 minute time restriction on both the front and the back? If so, this is the place for you!!! I have never experienced such a thing when there was NOBODY behind us. They said there was a tournament waiting on us and we needed to move it to keep pace but there was nobody around!!! Peter was no help as he defended the rude way the staff of this place acted towards us and how they made us feel unimportant as compared to the ghosts of the tourney behind. At 80 dollars per round, I expect more from the golf pro, the marshals and the course. Our round ended in 4 hours and 30 minutes for a foursome. I guess the 20 minutes of "slower than pace" play necessitated the harassment in Peters mind and his disingenuous apologies did me no good.

Overall very good. Price was as usual, similar to the fancy golf resorts. I had rented golf clubs and they had taken my drivers license and put it on hold until I return the golf clubs. When I returned back, the shop where I rented was closed and there was no one around. I looked for the front desk, where the lady helped me to open the shop, however she was baffled when I asked for my drivers license. She said, we dont take those when renting. Unfortunately there was some mix-up and finally I was able to get my license back. Would I go back? No. Not worth the hassle. I would prefer little smaller and inexpensive resort.

Atkinson Resort and Country Club is a fantastic classy place to golf, dine and hold functions at. The golf course won the award of National Golf Course of the Year this past year of 2014. The 18 hole course has never been in better condition, the greens are very precise and consistent. The tavern and grill was also very pleasing. The pricing was fair and customer service was satisfactory. I recommend this resort highly.

Although I enjoy the Atkinson Country Club, I would not recommend purchasing any gift certificates for later use. They were recently unable to honor a 100.00 gift card purchased from their restaurant. The manager said there was nothing on the card and she could not track it??? Really...Buyer beware!!

Beautiful facilities and well maintained. My wife and I attended a wedding and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor ceremony as well as the great catering staff. Our experience was limited to just two locations (ceremony and reception) so we cant comment regarding the overall facilities.

Often go to Atkinson for Thursday games and I usually enjoy it. The restaurant service is good and the food is great, golf courses are pretty good, greens could afford some work to be faster, but overall a great place to play golf and have a drink or two.

I was there for Sunday brunch with family members. The food ranges from salads, fruits, desserts, blintzes, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, made in front of you belgian waffles, omlets made to order.... the list goes on and on. Very very good.

Liked the place, nice, clean. Bad customer service. Stayed over in the hotel one night and they double charged 3 of us, and 4 days later still havent reimburse any of us and all they keep saying is, it will be in there tomorrow. Very annoying.

The Atkinson Resort & Country Club is the perfect setting for a wedding or a round of golf. This Resort seems like something you would see in North Carolina or California. We are so fortunate to have this club here in New Hampshire.

I stopped in for Virtual Golf. The game was awesome but there was another crowd on the backside of the screen screaming profanities and being really obnoxious that couldve made the experience a little better if they... werent there.

I thought the meal my family and I ate there was very good! It was super busy so I am glad we reserved seats ahead of time. I didnt spend the night and I dont think I would just because Im local. But everything was satisfactory

Went for the restaurant only for Mothers Day. The wait staff were very friendly and the the food was neither too exotic or too ordinary. The portions were good as well. My mom goes there every week for golf and enjoys it there.

I only went into the dining area for breakfast at the country club. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. They always made sure we had what we needed and always had a smile. Overall it was a good experience.

One of our favorite places for dinner and drinks. Excellent food, warm and rustic atmosphere. Martinis are served in a true 5oz. cocktail glass and are a bit overpriced. Kids menu could use some additional options.

This specific visit was to tour for our possible selection of wedding venue. Ive been to the restaurant here dozens of times and its always great. Staff is friendly and courteous and its a very nice place to be.

Went to a friends wedding here. It was pretty nice. Very clean, seemed updated and modern. Not a bad venue if you are looking for this type of place for your event. The food was good as well, but not amazing.

I frequently visit this establishment and Im usually very happy. Last night I got a filet and it was not very good and ridiculously over priced.My wife got the pork tenderloin and didnt care for it, it was dry.

Course was in phenominal shape despite the drought. The the layout is intriguing with just the right amount of difficulty. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The food is great... as always!

Decent property. Was told to move off the walkway near the course because it "makes the golfers nervous". I play golf, if people walking make you nervous you should probably cower in your basement.

Love Atkinson CC. The course has a great layout and each hole has lots of character. It is like playing on a private course. Great value and great venue. The clubhouse is fantastic as well!!

Cookies; tea and coffee available complimentary and other refreshments at a low cost. The FD even let me have her 2 last Advil Gel Caps for my headache. Clean room and great service.
