Overall, we had a wonderful time at Aquaport! Arriving shortly after it had opened for the day, we did have to wait in line for a while, and it was frustrating to stand in the sun, especially with a toddler - I would suggest some sort of shade for the queue. The locker rental was only a dollar, and plenty big enough to store two purses and a few dry outfits. There are four sections in the ladies bathroom: showers, changing rooms, toilets, and sinks - four or five rooms/stalls of each. There are multiple different levels to this water park, and the staircases cross in various places. It can be a challenge to figure out which option/s to take to reach your goal. Closest to the front is the kids area. About a foot deep, several lifeguards (including at the top and bottom of the side), and a few small play structures. An abundance of chairs (reclinable and non) ring the surrounding concrete level. Below that are the options for slides or the pool/lazy river. Three slides are body only - one enclosed (blue), one open (green), and one whirlpool (blue/yellow). The fourth (pink) is open and must have a single tube - carried up by each rider. Each of those slides has a lifeguard at the top and bottom as well. At the bottom of the tube slide you can either exit, or immediately enter the lazy river (also accessible on the opposite side from slide exit with tube). There are three water "obstacles": a row of three buckets that dump their contents on whomever is below once they are full, a rainbow shaped water sprayer (mostly misty) thats basically unavoidable, and a row of three mini fountains. Lifeguards are stationed throughout the circuit. The main pool with a straight yellow slide is located in the middle of the lazy river loop, and seemed to stay quite full during the time we were there, so we only visited that section briefly. While there were some minor frustrations, overall it was quite the enjoyable visit.

I enjoyed my time at aquaport. The only thing that I would change if I could is their tube usage. Many times people take my childrens rafts because they have a first come first serve policy. They go over their maximum capacity of people and the tubes become a fighting frenzy. The water park needs to ensure that they are well equipped with tubes, especially because not all water slides are allowed to use tubes, so they are taken away by someone else, then you are forced to wait hours before you can get another one. I dont feel comfortable just taking one from someone. A park this large should correct this issue by ordering more tubes to satisfy the price we have to pay to enjoy their park. No one should have to sacrafice their tubes just because someone is waiting in line. Ether that or stop allowing the park to go over their maximum capacity. Turn people away. It could become a safety issue at some point. The life guards ate more likely security guards and are very rude to people. But all in all it is a good place to cool off in the hot sun.

For a local municipal water park, Aquaport is awesome. Multiple slides, and they are fast. The slides are actually fun for adults and kids alike. There are spots for very young kids, where the water is shallow and safe. Older children arent even allowed to go down the slide meant for the little ones. Quite large, places for every age group to have fun at their level, and lifeguards everywhere, watching everyone. A birthday area is available to reserve. A concession stand with not just chips and candy but pretzels, hot dogs and ice cream. Clean restrooms and locker rooms. Lockers (with locks) available for $1. Although the lockers are quite small. If you have a larger group, youll need several lockers. The only option that can rival Aquaport is a trip down Hwy 44 to Six Flags & Hurricane Harbor, and that trip is going to cost quite a bit more. Have fun!

I bought floating toys for the kids to ride and checked the website to see if it was okay to use at the Aqua Port. There was nothing on the website or posted at the gate about these floating toys and thirty minutes later they tell us we cannot use it because it wasnt coast guard approved and too big. I asked the lifeguard what it meant and she just said it may pop. So I spoke to the office staff and they said the same thing but the inner tubes they used arent coast guard approved either. They need to update their website and signs and not lie to patrons.

This was a great place we had a lot of phone there are plenty of restroom including a family rest room. The wait was not bad for the slides, although we did go during the middle of the day. The water and facilities are very clean. The only downside was someone had an accident in the pool and it took 30min to get it clean up. This could be an upside if you think about it they are trying to keep people safe and keep the pool clean. We will be going back already bought tickets.

They was very rude to our military families and kids. We are talking around 80 to 100 kids. Threatened them to not let them swim bc they couldnt find proof of there deposit. The adults in charge of the kids had proof it was paid. They said "doesnt mean we recieved the money." Very rude. Very very wrong. Ill never return

Very clean, very well run. I appreciated seeing the manager walking to property the entire time. Witnessed the staff respond to a medical emergency and as a former life guard and EMT , I was impressed with their professionalism!

Great place where my baby first learned to swim in a safe place where we always have a good time. Now she is on a swim team by our house and swimming like a fish. We still love going several times a month during the summer!

Told me they were out of pretzels for my 4 yr old when they gave someone behind me a pretzel. Said they were out of large sodas when i watch them give someone else a large while I was sitting down.

It gets crowded with empty inner tubes all the time. And it closes so early! 7pm during the week?? Its hot and sunny still at 7pm! So frustrating that Sat is the only nite they stay open late, 9pm

Drove up from Columbia for the afternoon. Free parking, free tubes, low cost of admission, and a clean place. We played for about 4 hours and headed home. Worth every penny. Kids loved it.

Really enjoyable park. I love the slides but the lifeguards there are complete jerks and get mad over the littlest things. I would give it five stars if it werent for the lifeguards.

This has fast become our favorite pool. With the slides and pools and lazy river, I think its the best pool in the area.
