My daughter fell on the rough Terrain a few months back and the security try to manipulate the situation into their favor and seem to have the local EMT in their pocket really treated awful treated like criminals. I suggest you bring your cameras and Witnesses in case something does happen here you cannot trust these people. Been there a few times this seems to be a monopoly for money they pay you out at certain times and suck up most of the time. Customer service is nice and less you make complaint as I did over a year ago when making the complaint they got my phone number after calling and I was spoofed by the lady at the customer service tried to call to complain kept getting the same woman. Had hundreds of calls from people all over the country didnt even know. Customer service or scandalous cannot trust this place. I like to relax and playing the penny machines helps me do that. Im not really a heavy gambler and I do not get around real well I had multiple disc herniation and its not often I get out. Update August 21st 2017 received notice from the attorney that signed onto the case with my daughter which could have been avoided if the casino employees in security would not have turn nasty when my daughter had her accident the whole thing could have been avoided. Now new development the attorney Gary green Law Firm after agreeing to represent my daughter and having her sign him on digitally on the internet through email three and a half for months later Gary Greene says hes dropped the case and notified everyone and has nothing else to do with the case. When he was hired he told us right away oh theyre tough theyre just hard to deal with. The whole reason for hiring an attorney his to protect your rights Define Justice. So without any reason at all Gary Greene law drops my daughters case without any reason thats bad ethics. Why did he sign on to the case if hes going to drop it three and a half months later after wasting all that time. Does he have a right because hes in the state of Arkansas to damage peoples cases as he sees fit or his own greed. I believe Gary Greene or his buddies in his law office have been paid or warmed or something theres some type of inner conspiracy between Geary grain and Southland Park for him to make that type of a stupid unethical decision as he did and not notifying his client. Hes a joke God bless everyone

Doesnt even deserve one star. However to write a review I had to rate something. Beware this casino will cheat you out of a win .My husband and I have come to this casino quite often and we are even club members and even though we usually lose some money, we have an ok time. This time we will never return. The Casino flat out scammed us. We first walked in and played on some slots. Sparticus and Little Red. Those were not quite working out so we moved to a roulette machine. My husband makes the same bet over and over 0, double0 and 2 and he always repeats his bet ten dollars for 0,double 0 and ten on 2. My husband did this for about 30 games. Finally double zero comes out for him and the machine says winner. But the machine never pays him. . It kicks back his 30 dollar bet and acts like he never played that round. He calls managment. Managment comes and goes through the machine and they confirmed he has made the same bet over and over and had the necessary credit into the machine . My husband then askes if they will look on the cameras. They proceed to say that the cameras do not face those machines. If the casino has no integrity on paying the 360 that my husband should have recieved. He lost its not like he was asking for all of his money back that he lost which was 700 he simply wanted the money he rightfull should have won which was 360. Needless to say we do not like being cheated, scammed you name it. We will not ever be returning.

1. Dont believe everything you read, on reviews. However ill give an unbiased critique. The good first. The people for the most part are friendly, The slots are ok, no better or worse that tunica. If your playing slots good luck bc that all it is. The food is on par with other casinos. Customer service is fairly good Ill explain in the bad. Comps also are fairly good. The bad. #1.This casino takes in millions yet is poorly run, this is a reflection on upper management not the people. If you are playing the table games you and I quote "cannot get a drink" even when your paying for the drink. Goes back to management, either get more waitresses or pay them better. #2. Why when you make millions you cannot get tables haves open. I see people leave bc they will two tables open and you have too circle like buzzards just to play and give your money away. If Im running this casino the $10 hr wage is worth having a few more dealers just saying. #3. There are 1,000 penny slots and about five $5 slots really just 5. Come on guys think. #4. Make an area thats nonsmokers to play and watch it fill up as well. I know a bunch of people who want set foot in there bc there is a not a non smoking area. My biggest complaint this page has very poor management. Anyone can run a casino it takes someone great too to sees the big picture.!

First things first... I do not like it when people that are on state assistance "Welfare" go to Casino and gamble. I thought that this was against the law...but when we was in the line waiting to get are members playing cards the group that was in front of us was denied a card because of this but was told that they could still play but would need someone else to collect the winnings if they hit a jackpot. This is not OK by me. If they are on state assistance "Welfare" that means they was gambling with state money taxs payers money... And all the people was taking more then one slot machine at a time and they was not at all nice about it and holding slot machine when there was no money in it and all the Casino dose is nothing but ask people to only play one slot machine at a time and that not in person its over the intercom thats it. when they need to do something about it... We go to Casino all over the 48 States USA and we will NEVER come back here. And I will not even go into the fake jackpot winners that we seen in the high limit room. Just to get players to go in there and play we have proof Of that fake stuff. we will NEVER come back here again...

I went for a poker tournament. I had like 3 hours to kill so I played video poker to kill time. Broke even when I hit four dueces. Went outside to warm up cause it was freezing. When I came back in the doorman asked for my ID. I provided the same one I gave when I came in. She notices its expired and doesnt let me back in. Understandable I guess. I called for a taxi and while waiting I had to pee. I go in and say Im waiting for my ride my ID is expired but may I please use the bathroom? The guy said no yoh dont have an ID. I didnt mention the fact that I had just said that myself and went back outside. Well two minutes later this country ass cop comes up to me tells me to shut up. Said that I had been trying to sneak in the casino three times. And that he would arrest me if I went back to the door. Wow. Way to treat your paying customers. Suck one southland. The video poker machines arent full pay and there are no decent poker tables. I mean I always knew southland is a ghetto casino but really? Call the police because I asked to use the bathroom and Im 30 years old? Wont be back.
