My wife and I visited Wild Mountain Winery on our way to a Minnesota State Park, seeing the sign we decided to stop by and are very happy that we did. We sampled their 10 wine tasting list, and for the price it was an incredible deal. They have some fantastic wine and a very small cozy feel to the tasting room and outside patios. Being that its a family operated winery run by people who live there and work in that community, if you go on the weekends youre very likely to see folks working and in the midst of producing wine. We had the pleasure of being able to talk with the founder of the winery and a number of the staff about their processes and the history of their business success. Needless to say their customer service and willingness to meet your needs are fantastic. We purchased a bottle of their port, apple cider, and ice wine and would highly recommend those to anyone.

Wild Mountain Winery was a lovely experience! The setting is essentially the owners backyard, which is informal in the best way. The staff was wonderful, and the prices are unbelievably low. When you pay the bill, you feel like you are cheating the family! The whole experience felt more like hanging out at a friends house than going to your typical winery, which I really liked. We went to Interstate State Park before visiting the winery, which made an inexpensive and refreshing afternoon trip from the Twin Cities.

We went to Wild Mountain as part of Lees Limousine Wine Tour and it was so much fun! It is such a beautiful place with such a rustic feel. They treated my bachelorette party so well and Nicole was amazing as she taught us how to taste wine. The wine was delicious and the atmosphere was so much fun. I highly recommend this winery for a fun day out!

Just celebrated my moms 60th birthday here. Called a month ahead to let them know we would have 15 people +-. They set up a little table are off to the side for us and were amazing! Great customer service and a beautiful location. Live music was really fun... And the wine, fantastic! Thank you for a great experience, well all be back for sure!

Wines werent awful but not exceptional. Nothing stood out among all the tastings and the staff, while mostly nice, didnt seem to be able to answer basic questions about their own wines. The scenery was nice but overall it was underwhelming.

Friendly staff, great wine tasting space both indoors and outdoors! We were also pleasantly surprised by a trio playing on Saturday afternoon. I definitely recommend stopping here!

Excellent variety of wines, all available to be sampled. If youre lucky, theyll have some ice wine which is must-try. Also located in a beautiful area.
