Course ownership is completely oblivious to basic golf etiquette. On my last trip to the course, one of the other players was blaring country music and had their dog running around off-leash (which ran ahead of me as I was teeing off; very annoying, inappropriate and alarming distraction). After contacting the club, I was informed the owner has provided permission for this behavior. There are a number of affordable courses in the area that you can use to get in a quick 9, and I guarantee they dont allow free-ranging pets on the course. I definitely will not be back.

With so many course closures over the past several years in the south metro, Rich Valley provides one of the better values in Twin Cities golf. Its not going to challenge low handicappers much, but more importantly, it wont scare off new players with high prices or aggressive management. Fairways and greens are well maintained on this 27-hole course, and hazards arent going to take two sleeves of balls. There may be other inexpensive courses out there, but Rich Valley is as solid as they come.

the course is good but the people sucks... especially the ranger they push you to go fast when they people behind dont care.. and we couldnt move faster anyways. YOU CAN GET BETTER SERVICE FROM McDonalds
