As a member of 4 winds, Majestic, Ameristar, Blue Chip and Horseshoe, I must say the game room in this casino is so tight, Im pretty sure you could stick coal up the owners backsides and pull out diamonds in about a week. Seriously, I just spent 10 hrs in 4 winds casino in New Buffalo, Michigan this past Saturday on $150. This place chewed through the same amount in a couple hrs. The service is friendly and the rooms are suitable and is the only reason I didnt give this casino 1 star. My pocketbook will never be back.

They always have cheated they got they favorites there.. I see certain staff there telling they friends what machines are paying right now.. Same people always hit hand pays and same people always get their named called for drawings and giveaways.. One time they called a person who wasnt even there.. Wow Cheats.. Go in there and just lose lose lose.. Then they say you have no benefits as in Free Slot Play or Hotel Stays.. I guess thats why they last name is CROOKS after all..

Husband and I drove up for a weekend getaway. We are originally from Vegas so we didnt expect much. We were impressed! The rooms were gorgeous, must have recently remodeled. The staff was amazingly friendly, we felt well taken care of in every department. Steakhouse was over crowded for the price, we were practically touching the people on each side of us. Overall we cant wait to go back.

This place sucks. Promotions do not match up. I played money madness wasted my 50$ to get 50 points, spinned the wheel and got 6 bananas. My bananas were worth 10$. Someone else spun and got 1 banana yet it was worth 15$. This does not make sense. If you really wanna play slots take the extra 45 minutes and go to Red Wing or Hinkley.

People are smoking everywhere and it smelled like a huge stale ashtray. They obviously need to upgrade their ventilation because you couldnt get away from the smell of stale smoke and ashtrays even in the dinning areas and bathrooms, so no matter how you smelled going in you will smell like a dirty stale ashtray when you leave

Clean, and nice facilities. Super friendly staff. Nothing super special, yet for not being in Las Vegas Im impressed. Just try not to get lost in the maze of slots and tables.

I never gamble...it would seem Im a minority...place is always packed with people giving their money away. The ballroom is pretty cool, bingo room is huge.
