One of those courses that truly tests your approach shot and putt combo. The greens are deceptively fast and undulating, and the pin positions can get downright nasty! The layout is medium difficulty, and water only comes into play a handful of times. The absolute best feature about this course is that it drains incredibly fast. The day after a storm, most courses have standing water in the fairways and sponge greens. But Green Oaks will be dry and ready for play. Fairly inexpensive too. Literally, the only bad thing to be said about this course is that they dont have a range.

I played last Thursday and the greens were in TERRIBLE condition. The layout was nice and the fairways were well kept but the greens ruined the entire round. The grass was patchy and the aeration holes were nearly big enough for your ball to get stuck in them. Also, there was so much sand on some of them it was like putting on a beach. Ridiculous.

This is a nice course for the money. The fairways are generous but an errant shot requires a creative recovery. You wont lose alot of balls here but need to keep it in the fairway to score. There is enough water to keep your attention and on several holes you will really regret over shooting the green. Overall a pleasant afternoon.

Close to my home so when the weather is nice I play here at least once a week. The front nine is open, you wont loose many balls. But the back nine is a bit more challenging. Great prices, good staff. Generally not packed so you dont feel rushed off the tee box.

Great place to spend an afternoon. The course is not easy but is still beginner friendly. Greens are well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have groupons somewhat often.

Trees everywhere...Pins were in ridiculously placed. Fairways werent very defined. Wont be back.
