Teeing off at 7 am on Thursday morning you would expect to complete your round with little delay. Not so at Woodlands. The course actually booked a Chamber Outing with a shotgun start at 9 am not telling us when we booked the tee time the day before. We were told at the turn that we could either wait and have a hotdog (at 8:15 in the morning) or play the front nine again behind 10 other foursomes who had not yet teed off. When I complained to the Manager about not telling me about the Outing the day before when I booked the time, he said that if he did that "no one would book tee times". No Kidding! A raincheck is little consolation for a ruined golf round.

I would give it a four star, but I want to offset the complainer. for the price and location, you cant beat it. The greens were as good as you can expect them to be seeing I was repairing all the a-holes marks that teed off before us. Pace was good for a 7:22 start. Traps were full of water (just stormed), but everything was nicer than I expected for what I paid. Ill definitely go back!

I had my wedding at The Woodlands, everything from Start to Finish was amazing! The room looked beautiful, the Staff was attentive, I recieved many compliments on the food, I had a blast. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a wedding reception! or any kind of party.

This course, driving range and putting/chipping green is very close by and has excellent service. The turf is well-kept, the food there is amazing, and they offer astounding deals. All in all, the Woodlands of Van Buren has the whole package.

If youre into 5 1/2 rounds on Sunday with no Rangers then this is the track for you! Perfectly Manicured seagulls line the fairways from the neighboring landfill. Bring your cut off jean shorts and 30 bomb of red dog!

Decent challenge; greens hold and are decently quick. Players need to be more aware of pace and repairs on the greens! Grill is very good. The course offers an affordable and attractive membership!

Course not maintained at all. Sand traps are like rock. The old guy at the counter was super weird. The only benefit is that $25 twilight starts after 2pm. And I cant bring my own beer. Place sucks.

We enjoy golfing here, go a few times a season. They have a great senior deal $25 for the round, lunch and 2 drinks! Cant beat it!

The greens are very challenging . Tough course for those who cannot hit the ball straight. Good carts and decent green fees .

Gotta get the players club. Only 30 bucks a month to use up to 20 bucks a day of range balls.. worth it for new or experienced
