I really like this course, but I wish it was maintained better. Lots of trees and water. Very little sand. Fun, but too much stuff under repair or just forgotten about. Driving range overgrown and not available, tee boxes not cut, fairways under repair, bridges that look like they could collapse at any moment, and a snack shop that Ive never seen open at the turn. So much potential. Problem is that its in the middle of no where and probably doesnt make enough money to stay pristine.

The owner, Sanders, is an amazing and generous man. I always enjoy spending time at Kimberly Oaks. Challenging layout but workable for beginners. Definitely keeps you guessing. The fairways and greens are in great shape.

Sorry but this place was in terrible condition. The greens and tee boxes were burnt. About the only thing good about the course was the fairways were in good shape. And customer service was also good.
