I was in here yesterday with my family and boyfriend and it was fantastic! My family and I travel all over Michigan and visit all the breweries and have had our share of great experiences along with bad ones and I can say Tilted Axis was one of our favorites! We all had very different varieties of drinks including their beer, mead, cider and mixed drinks and we all shared them with each other and all of us liked our drinks AND the drinks everyone else got! We do have different tastes in the beers we like but it was great being able to share everything and enjoying what we had, like their Cherry Wheat, Fruit Cocktail Cider, IPA, Orange Blossom Mead and their Sangria Cider (seriously, the Sangria Cider is where its at)! Not only was everything delicious, we sat upstairs where no one else was sitting (which was great for us) and our waiter and the rest of their staff was great! They never kept us waiting to order and delivered our drinks & food quickly, not to mention, the waiter we had was great for having to run up and down the stairs so many times just to serve us (thank you to him, I hope you read this, we really appreciated it)! The only sad thing for me is I wish I lived closer!!

Been there twice. First time ordered chicken shawarma which is really a gyro.. And the pulled pork. Shawarma was good. Bacon on pulled pork was super fatty and needed to be taken off. Would order both again though. Second time ordered turkey and fish panini. Both were horrible. Pesto on turkey had a bad taste and way too much of it. Fish... What little fish was on the sandwich was mushy. Wouldnt order either again. Place has a great atmosphere. Love the upstairs!

The beer is awesome! The pizza is delicious. I love the atmosphere, upstairs has cornhole, shuffleboard, board games, and large TVs for watching sports. We always have great service, especially when Kyle is our server. Lapeer has needed a good pizza and beer place for a while. Its amazing!!!!!

I was not impressed when it first opened over a year ago. None of the beers I tried were very good. Huge improvement over the last year. After going back there I can tell they have refined their brewing process. Definitely glad I gave them a second chance. My wife loves their wine.

I typically prefer a mixed drink or glass of wine but these specialty brews are really fantastic. Everyone Ive tried is very good. The Mead is exceptional as well. Love the new menu and staff is always, always friendly and fun. Looking forward to some new events here as well.

If youre only going to Scotland for scotch eggs, save yourself the trip, there is no difference between theirs and those found in scotland. If they only served haggis, neeps n tatties, it would be perfect. and poutine, they need to add poutine to the menue.

The Tilted Axis has the best beer in Lapeer hands down! The food from Lapeer Pizza Co is excellent as well. Awesome staff, beautiful decor, and great beer, I cant say enough good things. Please visit soon, you wont regret it!

The beer is phenomenal, the atmosphere is not that of a bar. This is a brewery and the staff maintains the criteria with drink limits and not allowing drunks to come in. Love the place. Check it out if you truely love beer!

Extra surcharge for filling growlers from other breweries? Kind of lame and will definitely keep me from doing it based solely on principal. Dude behind the bar had a bad attitude about it too. Its soured me on the place.

Wow, did not expect to find a place like this here. Remarkably good food and a beer list to match. Even the condiments were an experience. Go on a Tuesday for the trivia, or Thursdays for the new cask.

Had the Michigan Nachos and 4 different brews. The baby got bock was smooth and tasty. Nice atmosphere. Very good mix of rock playing in the background.
