I attended a Meetup here and service was horribly slow. My boyfriend and I were ready for refills after more than 45 min had passed since our first round. Our server was on break and the owner came to the table next to ours. I caught his attention by raising my hand high and he looked me right in the eye and turned around. He went to the counter nearby and I waved my hand again and was ignored. Five minutes later he asked the two tables next to ours (all the while facing me) and asked if they were okay. He then turned around for a third time and I said, "Excuse me", pretty loudly to get his attention (it was not crowded). Still snubbed. Finally our friend had to walk up to the bar and get our server who was back from break and said the owners son is usually the one whos rude to customers. Well, the owner is oblivious to modeling great customer service so I can see where his son gets it from. The wine itself was Michigan wine: very sweet. Prices are decent but this isnt premium wine. You might as well pick up a wine cooler six pack for the same price from the local Meijer.

This place has been a consistent part of my lofe for over 6 years. They are hands down the best wine shop I have encountered (even in my travels across the country- I travel 300 days out of the year). They offer such a wide variety of flavors! The owner and his son are especially friendly and welcoming and it always feels great to support them and the local community. They host events all the time and are always coming up with creative new ideas. Plus, you cant beat a $13 bottle of wine at any restaurant in town! They have delicious hard cider too. If you havent been to Fieldstone, get your booty over there ASAP!

Went here about a year ago and loved it, loved their wine slush. Since I had a good experience, I was excited to call and reserve a table for 8 for a family gathering. I called about 3.5 weeks in advance and was informed that they would not be able to seat is because they had another party that night. Does this make sense to anyone? I asked him confused if he was going to shut down the entire place for his one party. Disappointed.

Wonderful selection! Went here with a bunch of friends for wine tasting and so glad we went! The munchies you can order along with the wine tasting is the icing on the cake. For us, whiskey is where it is at and we rarely drink wine, but everyone in our group left with a bottle or more because of how delicious they were! Highly suggested!

Witnessed an event earlier this year that made my stomach churn. The owner got into a verbal altercation with a bridal party and was yelling at them during the day…He ended up yelling at the ladies to get out….. I dont know about you, but that is NOT the customer experience I would like to receive for an event that I am having there.

My wife and I love it here. Service is great. Wine for any taste. Hard cider is available here and its wonderful. Owners are very involved and supportive of local business community and charities.

Nice, laid-back place for wines & ciders. They have a variety of flavors & varieties, so they probably will have something you like. You can sample a couple before making a decision.
