We loved our annual visit to Ken-Bowl this summer! It was totally worthy of 5 star rating! The only problem we had was, the game that we paid for was stopped by the woman at the counter after only 3 frames, because she said we rolled too many practice balls. In fact, we had only rolled about 6 practice balls before we finally figured out how to use the antiquated system. And then they shut down our single game on our single lane, for which we paid $8, after only 3 frames. Other than that it was a great time! We recommend this place because it is not a terrible place and the other workers are great too!

I can get my average here even on a dry lane. What I love is the food from the restaurant and the ambiance of the place. It revokes the feel of the 1960s, something that has been lost in many places these days. However, lane 10 sometimes has a problem with re-racking the pins. Who can beat their $1/game Friday Special anywhere else?

Came to bowl with my 4 year old son and went to our lane. Lane would not work and I called for help 4 times. My son and I sat for over 1/2 hour waiting and never got to t.hrow one ball. I asked for refund and was told there is a no refund policy. The employees are rude. The place is horrible. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I was fascinated by this bowling alley. It was our first time to visit her. The people who took care of us were very friendly and even the neighbors on the line helped us with the computer. Thanks for everything we will be back soon. My husband says they sell the best fries there in louisville ... hahaha.

My 6 year old niece had a birthday party there. The employees were extremely rude to us. You would think they would be nice and have great customer service since they offer birthday packages but they dont. Besides that everything in the bowling alley is old. I wouldnt waste my money or time going there.

Better than Blackiston Bowl in Clarksville (at least they are open here). But the computer messed up in the middle of our game and then stopped our game early at the end of our game so we didnt get to finish. :(. And no one really seemed to care much.

I can only review the grill portion of the bowling alley currently... I had lunch here the other day. Ann is a wonderful lady who has worked at the bowling alley for years and also makes great chili. I will definitely be returning soon!

Lanes are okay, food is average and service is super slow!!! Not very clean and pro shop guy is a know it all and very arrogant. Place could be wonderful with improvement in these areas but has a long way to go to get there.

I will not go there anymore. Keep turning lanes off in middle of paid games, not by the hour. Reset buttons dont work. Employees are old and crabby. Have been there several times before, nothing has improved.

Friendly and funny staff. Although they were busy, we were able to get right to our lane. I couldnt find any curvy sized balls that I needed. Most of them didnt have the size on their at all.

Its a great Bowling ally to practice your skills. It has synthetic lanes as part of a recent remodeling. Overall great place to hangout, have fun, and most of make friends and bowl

Had several issues with the lanes working correctly, staff was quick to address and get working again bit was a consistent problem drinks and snacks overpriced and not very fresh

As one of the lower quality bowling alleys in Louisville, it was quite clean. The software and gutter guards are a bit antiquated.
