SAVAGE KING

This is the second time Ive came here and have been dissatisfied. Staff including manager dont care about guest satisfaction all they care about us leaving at exactly closing time. Twice I have purchased tickets until closing only to have my children told 15 min early that they are closed. They have also thrown our drinks and food away and taken our jackets to lost and found and 1 was never seen again.we have also waited in line for food for quiyeawhile then when we do go to order told they were not taking any more orders(Sven know person right in front of me ordered food) cuz they had too many orders and it would be closing soon maybe they should have had a a sign or made an announcement prior to waiting 20 min in line.

Weve been so many times and weve had so much fun. Every time weve gone it has been very well worth it. Launch is more then a Trampoline Park with Dodge Ball, Basketball, Foam Cubes, an Arcade and a Food Court. I take my kids as much as I can and every time I do they get so much energy out then spend the rest of the day talking about how much fun they had. Parking is never an issue and the hours are perfect. For a place that can get real busy the staff does a great job making sure the kids are safe and things dont get too crazy. I love this place! Ive convinced my kids that this is the same kind of training that takes place on the Tri Carrier at Shield Academy :) :) :)

My brother and sister had a blast there, including the arcade which unlike most wasnt a ripoff with the play until you win crane machine. The problem we had was that they got there around 6:10 and paid up front and were not informed about the half an hour time frame, so when the bell rang at 6:30 they had to leave the thing they came for. I am amazed the employee who was at the front didnt tell them to wait until the next cycle!

Awesome time with an awesome staff! They "mandate" that everyone purchases their socks and I totally agree. BUT there was a large group there that did not have to follow the mandate and I have a huge issue with this. Those children whatever socks on, they were sliding with no grips on their socks and it was just nasty. The ownership should follow the mandates for ALL jumpers.

The kids had a great time jumping! We came at a not so busy time (Monday evening) and it was great; the employees played a game of dodgeball with the kids because there wasnt enough kids to challenge, lol.. Great people and fun atmosphere! We will definitely be back again!

We went last year for my daughters birthday and it was fun. This year, she wants to go again and you cannot get through to book a party. I have called at various times and cannot get through. Looks like they are a victim of their own success.

Kind of small. Its half arcade/food court and half trampolines so its hard to call it a full blown trampoline park. Skyzone is far better but it kept my camp kids occupied well enough so I guess thats what really matters.

Dont listen to the website, this place is strictly for kids. Tried to go there with for a adult party (as advertised for), we were clearly not a fit. They were cooperative and understanding, promptly refunded our deposit.

Had my daughters birthday party here. Our host was amazing!!!! I just wish they had a longer reservation time to sit and eat pizza and cake for the celebration. Other than that...my kids and I love this place.

This place is so cool. Cost allot of money but so way worth it. Kids get exercise and parents can as well if they want to join in. I would recommend this to anyone with kids who need to burn off some energy.

I personally like to come to play dodgeball. The refs are very cheesy. They call bad outs and dont pay attention. I was supposed to get unlimited popcorn for a party deal. I wasnt even brought popcorn.

If you and your kids wants to have fun, you definitely have to come here. Had a birthday party and was really fun, watching your kids jumping and enjoying is priceless... Recommended

The kids have a great time but you gotta stay with your younger ones age 9 or less esp at birthday parties. Place is so busy anybody could walk in and snatch a kid unnoticed.

Fun place staff are jerks all they do is kick you out of the trampolines and swear at you I fell down because I hurt my toe and he kicked me out because "you couldnt sit"
