My friend and I just visited the Still River Winery. The winery was a little hard to find as it is in a house but to our surprise it was the best wine/beer we had tasted that day on our mini wine tour! The owner was beyond nice and showed us his entire wine/beer making process and gave free samples. The apple ice wine was AMAZING! and he also makes this Applewood beer that initially tastes smokey but has an amazing aftertaste. My friend and I both bought the beer. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone as not only the wine/beer delicious, but also the owner was genuine, friendly and knowledgeable making the overall experience one of the best!

Ice Cider is the best thing on earth. I first tried Ice Cider in Quebec 3 years ago and was disappointed when I learned that they could not ship it down here to the states and there was nothing like it around here. Last year I discovered Still River Winerys Ice Cider and have been hooked ever since. It is definitely on par with the Ice Cider that I had in Canada and its even better because it is local. I recently had the privilege of trying the sparkling Ice Cider and it is just as good. I highly recommend giving this a shot. They usually have free tastings at the Salem, MA farmers market that also runs during the winter.

The first time I tried ice win was at one of the Wine Gallerys (Brookline MA) big wine tastings. Fast forward a couple years and I came across this Apple Ice Wine. While similar in many ways to a regular ice win (made from grapes) this def makes a departure. In some respects Id almost serve it like I would a limoncello. Its sweet but not overly so and really has a depth of apple flavor I didnt expect. It feels like a very summery drink to me despite apple being a fall fruit. Ill be interested to see if they ever expand the line and do specific types of apples as an expansion to the line.

I brought a bottle of apple ice wine from Still River Winery that I purchased at a liquor store in Brookline for a family gathering a few months ago. I immediately put the bottle in the fridge when I arrived as I find it best when chilled. During desert I pulled out the ice wine and served to family members. Just as I expected, they all loved it and became instant fans as well. The only disappointment they had was with me since I didnt bring another bottle for them to drink! I highly recommend Still River Winerys apple ice wine for any occasion.

I have never had iced wine before and it had a surprising refreshing taste. I had it has an after dinner drink with dessert it it blended together quite well. I would recommend this wine to anyone looking for a nice wine to finish off you dinner.

I tried their Apple Ice Wine when one of my co-workers brought it in for an after work event. It was delicious. I immediately went online and ordered some for my home. Its sweet, yet Still River Winery adds no sugar! Highly recommended.
