I worked with the store owner (I think his name was Sean?) At first he was a total dick. When I went into the shop he was on facebook and I was showing him what I wanted wich was very simple design, he even said so. But it was like he didnt want me there he was txting and doing other stuff while I talked to him and he half ignored me. He then found something on google similiar to what I said I wanted and went back and used a light box to trace it. Since the tattoo was already on someone and he traced it EXACTLY it was all distorted, he was ready to slap it on me and go. I asked him to redo it and he was actually mad about it. During the actually tattoo he was pretty good and it came out good. he was just a jerk. He added his own little twist to it. Which made it look better but I was kinda mad he didnt even ask me. Im fairly happy with the outcome but will never go back there or suggest this place to anyone. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the tattoo itself came out good.

I made an appointment and submitted a concept for one of the tattoo artist.....I was told repeatedly (by him) that he would have a concept drawing proof for almost two weeks....he had me calling back to check in every couple of days. If he was not interested in doing the work, just have the courtesy to let me know....would not be an issue. The final weekend I left a couple of messages....no call back. This artist is totally unprofessional and a total waste of time. If this is how they treat customers in this economy....best of luck to them. This was my first tattoo and was an extremely disappointing experience. I do know the artist name, but not going to post here....not sure if this is experience is a reflection of the Laleidoscope in general or just this particular artist.

I got my eyebrow pierced there, and not knowing any better, got a straight barbell because I was told it would look better (male piercer, dont know the name). You should *never* get a straight barbell on a curved body surface. I took great care of it, but needless to say, it rejected. Never going there again. Also, friend got a tattoo by a lady artist there (dont know the name) and they tried to convince my friend they could fix the white in it by going over it again. White either works with your skin, or it doesnt, going over it will only cause scars.

Shawn, the owner is a true artist and very creative. Almost like a mind reader lol the idea in my mind came out even better when ideas were explored on computer. He is patient through brainstorming all avenues and realizes its a permanent mark not just a job to him . I wd highly recommend this establishment. Its clean and comfortable. Well managed and Im happy with my tattoo

I tried to get a tattoo here for 2 weeks and they kept blowing me off. First after telling me the concept drawing was being done and then telling me they were just over booked. I had gone here for 2 tattoos previously but that was really more for the cheap prices. There was too much wait and beating around the bush for me.

Great atmosphere the artists are very helpful and made me feel welcomed. I got a cover up and Danny did an awesome job better than I thought was possible. After being turned down / disappointed with other tattoo shops he took the challenge with confidence. Love it and would highly recommend getting a tattoo here!

I am so pleased, with Mike. he was so amazing, Awesome Calligraphy and explained everything, step by step, very attentive for me, also gave me great ideas on how to modify the tat thank god he did !! My initial Idea was very different, and when he showed me his stencil i was so impressed!!

Just left and I couldnt be happier. Sandra customized a gorgeous red gladiolus flower on my back and it came out better than I ever expected. She took her time with the consultation and the aftercare instructions and made sure I left happy. Great joint!

I meet with the tattoo artist inside the shop and he was friendly and very professional. I just schedule my second tattoo and Im bringing my friend with me. One of my best friend did his tattoo there and he love it! Great Job!

Awesome shop... Awesome artists. Comfortable, Clean and reasonably priced. The artists are very patient when working with you and your ideas. The only place Ill get tattooed. Highly recommended.
