The park is always in need of maintenance and cleaning, but man, what a park. This park is huge and has it all. Multiple fields for almost any sport, and almost always plenty of playing room. Lots of people feel the park is not safe. I can only share my own experience, and everyone at the park has been incredibly helpful. One little tip, there are bathrooms across the street at the bath house by the beach.

This is a nice park with 2 kiddie parks a football field, 2 basketball courts, tennis courts and plenty of baseball dimonds. Plus it is a very nice walk around the park which is 1.5 miles long. Also the beach is across the street ( carson beach) There is a corner store Also picnic table buy the football stadium

Great big huge park right off of the T (JFK/UMass Red Line) and right near the beach. Its got tons of green space, ballfields, a standard .25 mi running track loop, basketball courts, and even a roller hockey rink.

Great outdoor space in the middle of the city, close to the beach too! Plenty of ballparks and soccer fields and open grass space. No parking lot but street parking in the area is usually really easy!

Has track field here and it is minutes away from the baseball fields. It is close to the jfk UMass train station as well and the beach is within walking distance

I live across the street. Their are tennis courts, soccer fields and a few baseball fields. There is also a lot of very large shady trees to sit under.

There are no clear signs or maps for showing which fields are where. The grass is poorly taken care of and overgrown. Inconvenient toilet facilities.
