Rude lady. We were trying to get a boat ride with some friends, because the birthday girl in the group wanted to go on a boat ride. When I walked up I figured I would get my paperwork filled out first while I waited for my friends to come over. I told the cashier while I was paying that I wanted my start time to be the same as the rest of the group, which I asked politely for. She told me to sit down and wait, which I did. And then I walked up because the rest of my friends were getting ready to pay. The lady, which I assumed was the manager, handed me my receipt and told me to take it to the boats and thats it. I explained to her that I wanted my start time to be the same as my friends, because they did not pay yet. She could have easily given us 5 more minutes, but instead with a rude attitude she told me sir that is your start time go to the boats. I was surprised that she acted this way. I asked for refund, which she was more than happy to give it back to me. I dont know... If youre having a bad day, do not take it out on the customers who went out of their way to get the money to pay for the services, since they did not accept our $100 bill that one of us were trying to pay for the whole group. Not happy with this experience here.

Excellent town park with a "neighborhood park feel". Lots of well organized and promoted annual events, including those tied to local schools and city council. Promotes healthy ecosystem. Highly used but certainly not crowded walk/run area, over a mile. BRAND NEW PLAYGROUND. Several picnic table/rental spaces. One decent sized stage. Space big enough for kiddie soccer and kite flying. Pet friendly. Fishing, seasonal paddle boat rentals and ice cream stand. Short walk to family friendly restaurants. Party room space to rent. What else could you need?

Beautiful park but it can get crowded in the extremely narrow path it has... The city should really consider adding a bike path to it or banning bikers on the path because its very dangerous due to the narrowness of the path. Also kind of small... Again, the city should consider making it bigger as there is room for it to be made bigger. Overall, a great place for a stroll.

Pretty decent small park. I parked in the apartment community next to the park because I couldnt find any other parking places. Theres a little bit of woods, a playground for kids, a bandstand, and a walking/biking trail along the water.

Best part of this park is a paved path around a small lake - appx. 1 Km. around. Otherwise theres a big empty field with a stage. The park is adjacent to a few restaurants... one has patio seating that overlooks the walking path.

I brought my son to the movie in the park here. We really enjoyed the movie, although it was rained out. We definitely plan on making the movie in a park a tradition. My son and I love this park and visit regularly.

The park is shaded and has climbing equipment for different age groups. One piece of equipment has broken and needs to be replaced. I love the fact that there are No Woodchips!

Good size lake for walking or jogging and plenty of grass space. Just needs some sporting fields like tennis or basketball courts. There is a playground for kids.

Very nice park just wishedthe bathrooms were unlocked so the kids didnt have to stop playing we could stay all day there
