I just moved to Annapolis and saw that CP was having a show. I was a bit skeptical because the tickets were so cheap ($20!), but I was wrong! My friends and I saw Les Liasions Dangereuses. The theatre had a 360 stage, and even in the 4th (and last row), we were close to everything. Since it is a 360 stage, sometimes the actors/actresses had their back to us, but they did an excellent job of moving around so everyone could see. The acting was fantastic! I will definitely go back again. :)

An Annapolis institution. Colonial Players has been around for over 50 years. It is an all volunteer operation. Theater is in the round. No bad seats. It is always amazing to see what they can do with their small space. Even when I dont like the play, the performance is first rate. I must like it as I have had season tickets for over 25 years.

This company produces great shows! The theatre is clean and inviting and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Location is perfect in a historic pay off Annapolis. Street parking can be tricky, but not impossible. Highly recommend a trip here for a show!

Very intimate setting. Walking in one would not think there is a theatre here. There are about four rows of seats surrounding the stage. The acoustics are good. I watch Virginia Woolf. It was also very well presented. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent small theater. Hosts a lot of different plays, and all of them are great quality performances. Would highly recommend.

Community theater, theater in the round. Intimate venue. Entertaining way to support local artists.

A Christmas Carol is the best! It should be every year instead of once every 2 years!
