Cafe delpine was by far the worst place. The food was just so so and the service was extremely horrible. I wish I could have remembered the name of our sever so she can be reported unforturnaly I do not remember or she may not have even told me. She was very slow at coming check on our table. We sat for a good 15 mins to ask for a go box to bring home the left overs in hopes someone would eat them. Finally a man (not our sever) must have seen we were getting upset and came over to ask if everthing was ok. He then went get our boxes for us. But we again had to wait for a bag to put our boxes in to tote them and wait for our bill. Our hotel room was ok but when we first arrived (on a very hot day) we opened the door to a very hot room. But after ajusting the ac before we headed out to the casino it was very cool on returning. only other complaint about the room was the toilet would not flush on first try. Other than that the room was nice and I loved the art work hangings through out the hotel. In the casino the main complaint is the servers on the floor. The waitress was far and few between. I dont see how anyone could ever get a real buzz on by waiting for the waitress. This was our first visit to the casino and spent quiet a bit of money for room, eats and gambling. Not sure if we will return. But if someone wants to go just for a day and a quick gamble it would be fine.

The hotel also handles the campground at the casino, this review is based on our campground experience. We visited the casino and the restaurants but did not stay at the hotel. The campsites are wide, long concrete pads with a metal table. Very easy access in and out of the back-ins and pull-throughs. 30/50 amp power, water and sewer. There are trash cans at each site that are emptied daily. There is no laundry or bath house that we found in the campground. Security is very good, and constant during day and night. There is cable TV which is very good. Only drawback is the lack of WiFi in the campground but they are apparently working on that. We saw RV park WiFi broadcasting but couldnt connect to it, and the casino staff had no idea it was even there. There is Cox Cable WiFi available if you are a customer, they must be the ones installing it for the RV park. The casino provides free shuttle service to the building, you only need to call and they pick you up at your site.We werent very impressed with the restaurants or the slot machines, they give you a player card with $15 free play but youll still shell out some cash to play any of the slots. We spent most of our time there seeing the area towns. There is a nearby Winn Dixie and Walmart just down the road, and the fuel prices at the casino gas station were very reasonable.

I visited today for the first time in about 4 years. Theyve closed Shortys, (the little mini casino in the back) during the daytime until 4pm. They no longer have the poker rooms where you can play Texas Hold Em. The machines are bigger & brighter covered in lights, but I didnt her a single payout while I ws there for about 4 hours. Grant it, it was during the day time. Anywhere you want to go seems like a half mile hike. Its not laid out very good at all. The people are a lot friendlier though. Theyre really hurting financially & it shows. They have cut down on the comps too. now you play for 21 hours & you get a coupon for a free mug. WHOOPIE ! I can hardly contain my excitement. No more food comps. It is still very clean & probably the most fun for miles around since it sits out in the middle of some sugar cane fields. :-) But I had fun just being out of the house & visiting with people around me. But I am not going back.

This nicely landscaped and clean property has a RV park, casino (with 4 restaurants), hotel, grocery store, convenience store and fuel station (with diesel). Stayed 4 nites in February 2017. $15 a nite during week and $22 a nite on Friday and Saturday. RV park has about 20 sites including several pull thrus. Big rig friendly. Concrete even pads with a new picnic table and trash can on each large concrete pad. Full hookups. Cable tv. No wifi but they were almost finished installing one when we were there. LTE cell phone signal. Immaculately clean with security guards constantly touring. Bright lights make nighttime seem like day, great for safety and walking dogs but could tone it down a bit. Plenty of grassy areas to walk dogs. Very quiet. Park next door. Shuttle service from your camp site to casino. This property was a joy to stay at. What an amazing find for such good value!

This has to be the worst place to go and gamble dont waste your money! First off we ate at eats we just wanted something quick and easy it was the worst service i have ever seen the people are rude and not friendly at all they just stare at you waiting on you to order no hello how can i help you or nothing not even a thank you after paying. Then the food was disgusting it was bland no flavor at all and a total waste of money we threw most of it away. The casino dose not pay at all i never seen slot machines eat so much so fast i dont mind losing but damn let us play a little and enjoy losing. Dont expect to get a drink unless u want a Pepsi or coffee u serve your self cause even if a waitress takes your order they never seem to come back. I just really find the staff is rude and not friendly and this place is a total waste of money and time

Okay, seriously!? Id give this place zero stars if it were an option. First off, the security does not make any attempt to prevent the all too common double-parking, preventing would be patrons from having access. Secondly, if you need to find someone while playing, apparently you cant use youre phone to find them. Oh, and if that person you are trying to find just so happens to be in your shitty wannabe nightclub, you have to pay a cover charge just to go in and find them because it makes perfect sense to have to pay so you can be a responsible person to find them, make sure that they are safe, and bring them back home. Way to go Cypress. Keep up the good work. Maybe, one day, youll actually rate the one star that I was too kind to give you.

I went for the first time last month it was a nice place to gamble so happy they higher then a level 2 casino no bingo machines but I had a good time the food was good in the staff help me they was nice the only thing I didnt like is because you have to ask a host before you can get anything or any comps then we went to the gas station with our players card and they said that you can use it to get gas off if we had a hard time and we never used it but other than that it was a nice little casino to play it I won very good about 2700 that night for my first time but I didnt like that the players club workers didnt know the point play or how many points u have to have to get stuff
