I generally like this place. We recently visited with guests. We were taken care of quickly and the server was prompt to get our drink orders and to return when we were ready to order dinner. The only thing to keep us from giving out 5 stars is a service failure. When I made the reservation, I told the restaurant that one of our guests was a nationally recognized lecturer and writer on customer service. So, he had to ask for lemon for his water 4 times. Good show. Tip wasnt as good as it would have been either My wife and I will go back, but we wont be taking guests there again. If were going to drop $300 for dinner, it will be somewhere where service is a part of the culture.

I enjoy going to high tide for they have some of the best customer service and then they play beer. Paul throughout the week most of the time.
