We had our wedding in the upstairs space in January. We did a tasting with the chef and the food was delicious and beautiful. We had them cater our wedding with the items that we tasted. The food that they served at our wedding was completely different from what we ordered. The beer list that we paid for was not what was delivered and we had several other issues with the venue. We shared our displeasure with the manager and event coordinator in the days following our wedding and they made no real effort to make it right. We were promised a refund for a few of the issues where they overcharged us, but no resolution for the issues that we had; and even the promised refund was never delivered. I have attempted to reach out and have left messages that have never been returned and no effort has been made to make this situation right. I would absolutely suggest not booking over the nine for any event and especially for a once in a lifetime event like a wedding.

The customer service here is a joke. Our server was completely inattentive. I made it very clear to him I have severe food allergies and cannot eat gluten or dairy. Still, he brought out breaded chicken with a cream sauce then acted like it was not his problem and I should just eat it. He didnt apologize or try to do anything as far as a solution other than suggest I just get something else, knowing we already had the conversation that there was nothing else on the menu substantial. Every time Ive been here this guy is horrible. I ask him to speak to a manager and he is the GM. Over The Nine does not seem to understand the importance of customer service in the hospitality business, and Ill only come back when forced to by work.

I came here mostly for the wine but we got some food as well. The space was nice and big and we were able to easily find a place to sit. The wines all have cheesy punny names, and most of the whites were way too sweet for me. I did enjoy the Bourbon Barrel Red, though, as it was bold and nice and strong. Although the food menu isnt huge, it has some very interesting choices, such as mashed potato balls, bone marrow, and duck nachos. We had the mashed potato balls which are a cool concept, but just takes like mashed potatoes, which is a little bland in my opinion.

Highly recommend. This is really good food. I had the fish and chips which was a special and it was great! The sauces were amazing, fries had a unique seasoning, and the fish was of course beer battered. I went here a long time ago before it was Over the 9 and it was just "Falls City." The ambiance is the same, but the food is next level. Get a beer or several and eat up. Try the Mac and Cheese also. It is bomb!

Went for Sunday brunch. There were 6 options for this Sunday brunch, two of which we were advised not to order, because it would take too long to make. Our table of 6 ordered our food, and decided to leave after waiting for 2 HOURS. dont eat here, the service is bad. Also, over half the items on the menu are sweet potato based, yet another reason to not eat here.

Not a fan of the food. The bean appetizer tasted microwaved and the chips that came with it were soggy and stale. The burger was ordered medium but there wasnt any pink at all. It was tasteless and dry, as if it was grilled from a frozen patty. The burger came with mustard, lettuce, and chopped onions. Nothing else. Very disappointed with my dinner.

Came to Over The 9 upon hearing great things from my boss, it was indeed an incredible trip. The service was friendly and fast and our food came out fresh and appetizing. Unfortunatley my dog got into my leftovers, otherwise I would have loved to enjoy duck the next day! Would definitley revisit, the choco wine was perfect as a dessert!

We got the groupon for this place and it was an AMAZING night out. Highly reccomend the pork shoulder. The people who work here clearly care about their customers and their food, plus the beer/wine was awesome (bourbon barrrel red was a highlight for us). Great gluten free and veg options too. A 5 star experience for sure!!!!

Over the 9 has some great menu options and their booze cant be denied. I wasnt thrilled with some menu options, but the menu is about to be completely renovated so perhaps I will revisit this as a 5 in the future. Service was outstanding and the ambiance is great, love the location too.

Fantastic bpurbon and wine selection. the atmosphere is very chill, & Heather was so fun and pleasant while taking care of us. The fried pickled green tomatoes are a must try, and the Duck risotto was amazing! This will most definitely be a return date spot for us.

The food is Modern American but lack the seasoning I expected from such a beautiful presented dish. The service was okay...I would go back to see if I would enjoy something different on the menu.

The food was bland. The bartender was our sever so we had to constantly request his services. He never came by just see if everything was okay. AND.... the food was just like eating lettuce.

Unique wine and beer, sophisticated but reasonably-priced menu, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a fun, hip vibe. Great spot for an after-work drink or a dinner with your SO.
