I made an 11:10am appointment in November of 2016, I checked in upon arrival, and waited 30 minutes. I needed to get back to work, so I walked back up to the desk and I asked if there were any hope of being called in the next 5 minutes. I was told that it was my own fault that I was not called because I made an appointment during their lunch time. I had to leave without being helped. There were no apologies, no one took any responsibility, and I was blamed. I wish I didnt have to go back, but of course I do.

I pulled a final out processing ticket, wait n wait n wait, Im the next number so I can get my chapter soldier out of here and they close the gate... then, I asked why I cant get seen Im the last final out ticket, she said that Ill have to wait till after lunch...

Staff at the front desk of Deers are not very helpful or knowledgeable about the doctuments and are quick to send you away when you have the proper paperwork.... Always have them verify with someone else about your paperwork if you feel its correct.

This place is getting better every time I go in here. No one likes dealing with beauracratic nonsense, but its getting a little more "streamlined" here at least. The place is indefinitely under construction though.

Cumbersome and difficult to navigate for a first-time visitor. Gentleman at the front desk is condescending and rude. Essentially this is the DMV for your military papers expect long waits and a difficult process.

Vaccination staff is always understanding of my needle phobia. Im never here all day like how it used to be when SRP was held at the field house. The DEERS staff is also polite and helpful.

Made an appointment, waited an hour past our appointment time and had to leave to get somewhere else. Walk ins were being seen before people with scheduled appointment times.

Fast service, polite, friendly, helpful staff. If you go for an ID card, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.

When I was a 101st Soldier, I hated this place, now that Im in a different unit at Campbell, SRP-ing is so much faster!
