I am vary disappointed in my time here tonight. I headed over there on request of my friend to pick him up. The general manger saw us walking in and asked what we were doing there. We were very polite and explained that we were picking up our friend to drive him home. She asked who are friend was and we gave her his name several times , and we said we would wait here for him witch was in the hallway. Then she gave us a lot a grief she accused my husband of being drunk which he was not and had not had any drinks that night. She also accused us of being criminals. I do not appreciate being treated like this and how rude she was to us is really unacceptable. I am not an unruly teen my husband is 30 years old and I am 25 years old.

My Sons surprise 17th Birthday party was held in the Sapphire Ballroom. They staff allowed for my band to play at the party and we had access early in the day. They had great food and great looking decorations. I was happy with everything.

Great Venue. Very easy to work with. They go out of the way to accommodate your needs. Outside of the building is ok, not overly impressive but when you walk in its a totally different story. Beautiful!
