I grew up down the street from Union Park. I loved it then. And I recently had the opportunity to revisit the park. I really just wanted my kids to see the Rocket Slide. But the park now has so much more than when it was my old stomping ground. Additional playgrounds, a really nice splash bad, and even a beautiful carousel that only costs 50¢ to ride---actually, I went on Fathers Day, so it was free for me!

Wonderful vintage merry go round and splash pad. And one of the few remaining fully fledged Rocket slides anywhere. Nice shady picnic spots with tables and grills. Take the kids for a unique and memorable experience.

Simply baddest as slide Ive ever seen. Busy on weekends. Lots of laws being broken right in plain sight. Plenty of kids that have come from parents who have no clue how to make a nice kid who behaves proper.

Have loved this park since I was young. So have my kids and now my grandkids. Its pretty laid back most of the time as long as parents keep an eye on the kids they bring.
