This is a five star operation and well worth a mini vacation visit. Take the tour, watch glass being made, sign up for classes, and then be amazed at what you can make. Ive made beautiful stained glass whales that I recently decided to place in a backlit aquarium. I am currently working on a seven foot bronze and Kokomo glass sunflower I will "plant" in a boulder in the backyard. I first visited KOG out of curiosity rather than any real interest but now consider this place to be one of the somewhat unknown little jewels of the Midwest. A visit is well worth your time.

And, I thought good customer service was a thing of the past. These guys were awesome. Many (large) companies could learn from them! While I only placed a small order, they went out of their way to help me. I would have given Kokomo 10 stars if this were possible. I dont remember the name of the rep who helped me, but you should pay him more. :-)

Very disorganized organization. Extremely nice people however i puchased several pieces of glass as artwork, and had them shipped to me. It took them 6 weeks to package them and i received them all broken. Very disappointed as this was my souvenirs from visiting my daughter. Spent 3 months calling them with no response. Fed up!

I ordered off Kokomo website and none of the glass I recieved was close to the colors advertised. Most of the pieces were a muddy color that I will never use in my stain glass work.
