I have never seen such incompetency in a medical facility. Firstly, appointments are made for a reason. Doctors are held to a standard and are expected to be honest. If you make an error, own up to it, dont get lost and force a cover up from the front office back. You act like a God and know it all and fall short of your ego, then admit that, you actually have to listen to you patients and treat them like the individuals cases that they are or what happens is what happened to me....You end up writing the entire wrong prescription which causes me to go without DIABETIC MDS FOR A WEEK, you lie and say I need a PA for something I dont need it for and I have to call my insurance company to find out the truth and when I do, I still have a hard time getting through because people are busy covering up for you! WHEN I FINALLY DO GET WHAT I NEED TODAY, HOW DO YOU WRITE A SCRIPT FOR A NEW METER, TEST STRIPS AND NO LANCESTS. But you are a doctor, right, and you know all....Im a patient, and I know nothing....Im only the patient, with the condition and who has been taking this medicine for years. All patients are not abusing their medicine, all patients are not trying to score medicine, some of us are actually just trying to get our issues handled so we dont have to see you as often. Further more, the rooms are not patient friendly, the equipment either, and you are not up on terms. I came from a facility that was ranked no. 2 in the nation and I had equity with them, over a decade, so I do not appreciate it when my doctors previous diagnosis, scripts, and advice is critique by someone who cant get a simple script right or prognosis herself. Furthermore, when you try to get the proper people to talk to no one seems to be available and no one knows who you can talk to, ironic. The message you get when calling in says they are Joint Commission Certified, ironic as well, I spoke with them, and their words verbatim were, "No they arent, they for some reason do not want to comply with our guide lines for a health care facility." That in itself explains to me why the level of care is what it is. It will be interesting to see what the State has to say. I will not entrust my care nor my husband or daughter to such mediocrity. This has been ridiculous!

I am being seen there by OBGYN Dr. Copland for high risk pregnancy. He is a great doctor dispite what everyone says about his age. Yes he may be older but I love that because he has been delivering babys for a decade so it puts him with more experience. He is a great doctor that I will say. However the nursing staff have yet to be improved. The nursing staff are rude, uncaring and unprofessional. The one nurse who always does my ultrasound is the worse. She asks you a question and as soon as you answer it changes the subject very fast. Why ask a question if you dont care to hear the answer. Then when you tell her of things that concern you she dismisses them very fast. Im high risk so I would like to voice my concerns and have them listen to at the least. She also is very quick and trys to rush the whole ultrasound. I sometimes feel as if she will go to fast and miss something very important with my baby. So I do recommend The doctors there but I will just pre warn you that the nursing staff dont really care. There may be one or two that do but the rest forgot about it just attitude and unprofessionalism.

I went to the clinic behind the old AHS. Once I arrived, I see that it is an actual trailer. The sewage and power were pigggbacked and ran across the parking lot. I went anyways because I was told it was $20. Today I get a bill for $210!
