Park is near downtown Plainfield and nicely maintained. Grass is cut, theres an amphitheater where there are events throughout the summer. On the south end theres a playground too. Paved jogging / biking patch also with a bridge over the water. Theres some history on Plainfield in the pavers. Also, quite a bit of activity here from Pokemon Go players. If you play, then this is a great spot for you, if you run or ride a bike, youll have to watch out for people, although they seem to be out of the way most of the time. Plenty of lot parking or street parking also.

The beautiful history of this park is why I go back every other chance I get. The bridge is my favorite, you can feel the mist of the fountain on your face, like a refreshing, cool, soft mist.

Great place for Pokemon hunting. Had a blast here one evening. With 2 eggs i easily leveled up 2 levels in 1 hour. There were a lot of mosquitos though.
