What a horrible place to get your clubs adjusted! I took my Scotty Cameron to get the loft adjusted, I had explained that I got adjusted by Golfsmith and they pulled the shaft and I would like to get the shafted pulled and placed to its original position. Mike tells me hell bend it instead, I thought as long it will play the way it should, I didnt see the difference. I didnt realize at the store that the shaft had been warped because it was dark in there. Next day playing with the putter, I see the shaft WARPED. I take it back and show Mike & Tim the warped shaft. The 1st thing out of Tims mouth is, "we couldnt have possibly done that." and says, hell pull he shaft out and get it readjusted (what I wanted done the 1st time). 2 days later I go to pick up the putter and still the putter is off, and Tim decides to bend into shape, and SNAPS the shaft right off. Instead of an apology, he says, "it was bound to happen." Now he need to send it to their Oak Brook office to get it rebuilt. 2 weeks goes by (3 weeks total without my putter, and no calls from Mike for status as he promised). I finally call them and explained I have been more than patient with them, after Mike try to tell me they were busy and if he can call me back with status. This time I put my foot down, and asked for the status, and turned out my putter was ready for pick up. I picked up my and putter and they want to charge me for their original screw up for bending & warping my putter, and when I tried to explain to them I shoudnt have to pay for bending and having me without my putter for 3 weeks, Tim gave me his BS reasoning. I didnt want to argue, and finally got my putter! NEVER WOULD I BACK TO THESE KNUCKLEHEADS, AND CLUB CHAMPION FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

Let me first begin by saying that I am not a scratch golfer, and was initially concerned that a custom club fitting at Club Champion would only truly benefit those that are. Boy was I wrong! After going through a full bag fitting (driver, woods, irons, and putter) at Club Champion, I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else. I was amazed at the level of detail my fitter (Joe Jung) went into for each club – he switched out shaft and head combinations at will to find the club with the perfect length, flex, and weight distribution for my golf swing. I think this is a key point – Joe matched the club to my swing, he didn’t try to change my already developed swing to match the club. By the end of the fitting session, not only were my shots consistently straight but the ball was also carrying much further (+12-15 yards for irons and +20-25 yards for driver). These clubs will certainly lower my golf scores! Club Champion uses the Trackman technology for their fitting sessions, which is exactly what the pros on the PGA tour use. For all you golfers out there, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Club Champion and getting a set of clubs custom fit and built just for your swing.

I really enjoyed my fitting experience at club champion. Alex my fitter was very professional and knowledgeable. The process was clearly explained to me. I liked the method of comparing what different club heads, shafts, and adjustments would offer as an improvement over my current set. The process was interactive and casual. I appreciated that the final recommendation wasnt to replace everything I had, but was to make changes where the results where very noticeable over my current setup. My visit was totally worth the money!
