Club Fitness in Addison is a great place to work out. Friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, and plenty of equipment. The front desk staff often greets you with smile and kind words. The trainers work you hard and are always coming up with new ideas and strategies to help you get fit. My favorite workouts are down in "The PIT" ( in the basement) with Frank DiTuri! Frank will challenge you in every workout, looking for you to do your best. Frank designs workouts that fit various fitness levels. Everyone should check out the PIT during open workout hours or try a class if you get a chance.

Amazing, clean newly renovated facility with all needed attributes. Vast selection of new and well maintained workout equipment. Well taken care of pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub as well as locker rooms with shower rooms. Various classes offered and included within all memberships with fair flat rate pricing. Professionally certified instructors and trainers who also offer one on one training sessions. Newly added P.I.T. for a more intense crossfit/olympic style workout. Dedicated staff are welcoming, helpful, and polite. Would highly recommend this facility to people of all ages!

The P.I.T. program at APDCF is exactly what I needed to jump start my New Year. After (mostly) blowing off the gym for over a year, I finally came back. Within a few short weeks, I already see results. They let me adapt their no-nonsense, practical training program to my ability level and the work fits easily into my schedule.The community is supportive and the trainer clearly knows his stuff. Totally worth a try.

Love, love, love this gym! If you want a great workout, the trainers here are awesome! My newest addiction is working out in the P.I.T. Frank really challenges us and the workout is different each day! Anyone looking to get stronger and in shape should definately give it a try!

Club Fitness is a great facility with a friendly, helpful staff. The most recent addition of the "PIT" has totally motivated my workout routine. Frank DiTuri is a great trainer and is very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. Very happy to be a member here!

Great facility thats undergone a major renovation. Offers personal trainers, modern workout equipment. Lap pool, sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi and fitness classes. Affordable rates and Military and Veterans friendly.

Generally empty so not too much traffic of people in your way. Like a mini lifetime fitness with steam room, sauna, Olympic pool, and whirlpool.

Ive had no problems, theres a small track that is good for people who dont like the treadmill. The bench presses are always empty too
