I went for the first time with a bunch of friends last night. It was a first time visit for a few of them as well. The atmosphere was good and the DJ was great. The food tasted like your typical bar food. But, I wasnt expecting it to be anything more than that so it wasnt a big deal. The problem came when we were ready to pay and four of us gave our cards and told our server to split the bill four ways. She came back with our cards and advised us it couldnt be split in four ways, but only in half (not true. Ive worked in service industry for years)and she split the bill in half using only two of our cards. She never advised us prior to charging our two cards that the bill supposedly couldnt be split in four ways and to ask how we wanted to then handle it. Instead, she picked my card and another card to split it in half. So I was charged $75 for my one drink!!! When we complained to her she didnt offer to get a manager or anything. Totally unacceptable!!! We will not be returning.

Tried to come here last night. Upon driving for 30 minutes to get there, was told that "on the weekends we try to keep it 21 and up". What do you mean "try"? Either you have a set rule 7 days a week that you only allow 21 and up to enter or you do not discriminate those under 21 on Saturdays. And to point out- I am 21 and was going to buy drinks anyways, but my other half was not 21 yet. Was he supposed to go wait in the car? Sounds like a bad business move from the "manager" that we talked to. The place was not busy at the time, so their loss- lost business and $$. The manager was very rude and did not have an actual reason for not letting us in on a Saturday. But if we were to come back on a Monday, he would have let us in? That doesnt make any sense for customers. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN AND TELLING ALL MY 21(+/-) FRIENDS TO NOT GO EITHER.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank you for the most perfect experience this past weekend!!!!!!!!! I made a reservation for about 8 people for a surprise birthday party and it could not have been more PERFECT!!! The staff was excellent, very attentive, they really made the night unforgettable. This lounge is absolutely gorgeous. There was a nice crowd the DJ was excellent, the food was great, and the hookahs were THE VERY BEST HOOKAHS WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Seriously, my guest were so impressed. And to top it off there was a belly dancer that was so good!! Very nice touch!!! People please check this place out!! You will enjoy yourself so much and the staff will treat you like family!!

Awesome atmosphere. Comfortable. They use no traditional coals, there is no foil, and the hookahs are always clean and have a fresh taste. This is very different from my experiences elsewhere. Firstly using the coconut coal instead of the traditional ones makes the taste noticiably better. I am sure the removal of tin foil tops and easy light coals is what sets their flavors aside from other places. Once you taste their product you will not want to go back anywhere else as it will have a burnt charcoal taste comparatively. I have yet to find a place that uses the high quality materials that Bliss uses.

My friend who was working in the same complex had ordered food. She called it in and I went to go pick it up, however, when I got there, no to go order had been placed. I spoke to Nicole multiple times about the take put order and she had no idea until a co worker came up and was able to find it. I never heard a thank you or youre welcome thanks for coming. the food was less than subpar, especially for the price. the meatballs were dry. the mozzarella sticks taste frozen and the cheesecake wasnt all that good. Between food and service it was a total disappointment

Terrible. Lame... If I had not been with a birthday group I would have walked out in the first ten... But I stayed... So I got fried mozzarella sticks . Simple right?? No... They sucked. Cold and hard like the staff and other 50yr olds lounging around lol.. no towels in the mens room. Thank god for the air drying machine. But you pay an ugly women to dance.... Spend money where it counts. This place sucks. Nice blah blah on

After leaving Pappadeaux in Alpharetta me and the lady did a late nite Google search for somewhere to go have a drink, we decided to go to Bliss and I loved the scenery nice sectional sofas, bigger drinks than any other place, hookah on point and nice music. Its beautiful inside and it was a friendly crowd... Ill be back... Owner what is the best night? we came on a Friday and the crowd was small but still had fun!!

Bliss is an upscale experience. From the moment you walk in it smells amazing inside. The staff was attentive all night!! There are 100 flavors to choose from of outstanding quality. The drinks were on point. I came to visit my sister here in Georgia and I must say by far this is one of the best hookah lounges Ive been to.

The ambiance.... owner was amazing made sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. Service was great! Music was a good mix! Hookah was bomb! They also have some good specials, lemon pepper were great! .... if you are looking for a laid back place that will help you unwind from a stressful day this Is it!

What an awesome place! We try to make it here at least once a week. The manager is the friendliest guy we have met and Nicole is amazing! The hookah is great and long lasting. Every time we have friends in town we bring them here and they love it! Highly recommended!

Went there with a friend on a Saturday and it was very nice. The drinks and the hookah were great. The service was very good even though it was full. Loved the fact that the owner came to speak to us to see if everything was ok. Will be returning.

This is a hit or miss place. The staff is also hit or miss depending on the day you go. Little pricey on the hookahs. Ambiance is great and the place looks quite upscale. They do have great selection of hookah flavors.

Wow, great hookah, music, and ambiance. So glad in my neighborhood. Get the pan with orange and the chicken panini. No detail forgotten. Awesome.
