THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW IM NOT REALLY A REVIEW WRITER BUT I JUST HAD TO SAY SOMETHING I would give no stars but I cant I went here and I drank a Hennessy Margarita and then I asked the waitress what other drink she would suggest to me and she offered me the Adios MF and I told her "I thought we cant mix white and brown liquor" then she insured me that it would be fine 30mins after drinking I threw up on their couch (which I helped clean) and the way that they kicked us out was so rude they make all their drinks too strong. The next night I called and told the manager what happened and they acted as if they didnt care but they should have because thats just basic customer service and also if your a waitress serving alcohol I would think that you would know mixing brown and white liquor is bad I trusted her thinking maybe Im wrong my friend later told me that last time she went there she was throwing up all night into the morning

The place looks nice and they have good product. Hookah is okay. Service terrible. Our waitress the tall hot african American lady messed up on the bill and walked away before my friend could tell her how to split the check. You have to pay 10 dollar cover charge to security wich I dont understand why. The waitress was very rude and we had to ask her to get new coals. She didnt even ask if we need anything. For the price we paid I feel the service should have been better. We also didnt request for the small hook. I dont know why they brought that one out. This place would get 4 stars, but the service is awful. It looks nice and had a cute girl there, but I will never go back. Dont get treated like crap and Go to Mirza, Haven, or Off the Hookah instead.

Ive been to this place on a few occasions and there was no cover charge and I was seated with no problem. This visit I got cheated into paying $150 for a table because the place so called had limited seating and there was only standing room at the bar. I was very disappointed to walk into the lounge to see that the place was no where near full. I was also disappointed to find out that they were out of Hennessy. I will never be visiting this place again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Such a waste of time and money.

This is my absolute favorite place for Hookah! The atmosphere is chill, the music is bumpin, the service is fantastic, the hookah smokes good, and every time I come in the owner speaks and makes sure my guest and I are having a great experience. Ive brought MANY people to this spot and it never disappoints. Im glad that Cloud 9 has survived and continues to be a great place to go any night of the week. As long as Cloud 9 is there, Im there.

I wouldnt recommend going to this establishment. First off they charge $10 if youre under 21 .then it took them an hour to seat us when there were 3 booths open,and after being seated, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our hoohak and food. They also charged us twice for a item that we didnt eat, and had to pay it because the guard wouldnt let us leave if we didnt. Horrible place and bad customer service, these people are money hungRy.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! I wouldnt recommend this hookah place to anyone.. The dude cleaning the outside windows was also the cook,and security.. Wings were greasy,and also very hard.. I wanted a refund for the wings,and was told NO. I asked if I could exchange the wings for something else on the menu,and was told NO.. Basically I was still charged $10 for wings that were not edible..

I spent my birthday at this place and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Nice environment, great drinks, the waitress was amazing, hookah was on point. But be warned, EVERY time they replace your coal on the hookah, they are charging you lol. I didnt realize that until I received my check...but it was my birthday so who cares. AWESOME place!

Went on a Saturday, very different from other hookah bars. More so like a club environment and only attracts one type of crowd. The "waitress" checked on us maybe 4 times and waited 30 mins for a drink, not even a mixed drink. I would never go back there and wouldnt recommend it. Its more so of a hookup spot.

Relaxing. Whether you go solo or with a group of friends, this is a great place to just sit, smoke, and enjoy upbeat music. My waitress, Fatima, was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable about the products. Plan to visit again very soon!

I love this place. The hookah is good and the girl who waits on you and the guy who brings out the hookah are great. Always good service and the food and drink are good. Im not fond of the music but everything else makes it worth it ❤

I love this place me and friends come almost every Saturday and the owner always greets us with pleasure. The hookah smokes great. Also their food is bomb try the chicken nachos and lemon pepper wings omg too good.

They never give seats for those who want to just chill and smoke a hookah. They force you to buy a bottle table then they reguse to give a cup of water. You have to buy everything!!!!

Thet give different prices and then up charge when your going to buy. They sold me a broken hana mod and wouldnt replace or fix. Very rude. Do not go there. Ill never go back there!
