Horrible customer service from management. Asked our waiter about the wing special on Wednesdays, and there was miscommunication between her and the GM Scott. She said there was no wing special, we havent had .50 wings in a while. So we asked her again about the sign near the main entrance and online that said buy 10 get 10 half off. She said she would check again and I went to the desk as well to point out the sign on the door. The GM yelled and said "we dont offer .50 wings!" Not sure if he was talking to the server or me I asked again the sign says buy 10 get 10 half off. His tone got louder and worse and repeated his statement. I said we didnt ask about .50 wings we asked about the special listed on the door. There was a misunderstanding between what we asked the server, and what she asked him. I asked him who he was talking to and he just stood there with a befuddled look on his face. Me and the server walked back to our lane after that. The server apologized for the miscommunication and I asked if he is always like that. Her comment made it seem like his attitude towards staff and customers was normal to react that way.

Not stars and strike material The Establishment is old and the bowling area looks dingy. Our waiter was very nice in the beginning but after 30 minutes she began to rush us Im paying the bill because her shift was ending. The rush was understandable but really unnecessary for a group of five people that really wanted to eat at their leisure. Afterwards the game cut off and it was not explained to us how bowling games are based on per person per game. Customer service could have been better if there was more communication.

The bowling was good as always, but they only had about 5 lanes open at the time out of their 28? lanes. The others were just turned off and were not able to be used. Additionally, the food must be ordered by pushing a button and calling a waitress because the kitchen staff do not take orders even though the kitchen is directly within sight and has a counter that looks like it should be used for ordering.

Great experience bowling at this large bowling alley located right off of 985. The lanes were clean, as were the seating area. The gaming area goes by real quick when you have a lot of little kids running around ($50 in about an hour)! We bowled 4 games each and made it worth it, as we did the unlimited bowling for $16.99 shoe rentals were the only rough part, as those were $4.95 per rental

Horrible employees. Obviously dont like their jobs. The food always comes out cold. Entirely too pricey for the limited bowling experience. Oh and their employees like to creep on children, and once they do that they like to support their employees actions and continue to let it happen. Not a family friendly place. Do not go to this location!!

They keep their lanes maintained and have decent food for what youd expect for a bowling center. This coming from a league bower that bowls frequently at the establishment. Id only give them 3 stars because they care more for their electric bill then to keep people cool while bowling. but they have a bar which earns them one more star.

The bowling experience is always great and the service is amazing. Shelby was my server last night and she did an awesome job. She was very quick and always checked up on us to see if we needed anything. Shes simply just outstanding. Would highly recommend this location for partys and events.

Bowled on lane 9 on the 9th of July 2017, rental shoes,long story short i hurt myself because My Left shoe did not slide at all and i sliped in ALOT of oil that was on the bowlers side of the foul lane! Totally sucked and Im in alot of pain today! Take your own shoes,and be careful !!

The food was amazing and our waitor Arthur was so nice! Thank you for getting new stuffies as well. We love the girl who runs the game room to she always remembers us... Expecially my love for elephants and the purple and green little bracelets we always get. Thank yall so much!

Awful Bowling Experience. Terribly malfunctioning lanes. Loud and obnoxious woman on the microphone yelling at the bowlers about the "orange pin". Ill never return here. We could barely finish our game. I am so glad I did not entertain guests here.

My son turned 10 today and we celebrated at this location. Great food, great service and the best mangement ever! My son told me it was the best birthday he ever had. Many thank to everyone (ESPECIALLY SCOTT)who made his big day special!!!

Always packed which you would think makes them good but their lanes are terrible and their little arcade is lacking but I suppose since it the only one around it has to do if you have a choice go to the one in dacula its much better

Fair prices for open play and friendly staff. The bar inside the alley allows indoor smoking and has a couple pool tables for patrons use. The only complaint is for non-drinkers, the establishment charges for soda refills.

Fun atmosphere, not TOO loud for a bowling alley + arcade. Arcade has unique game experiences. Food was better than Average or fast-food. Worth the time and money. Friendly to smokers, but still clean air inside.

A little outdated. Theyre card system does not always work for the points and tickets you get for the games. Kind of a rip-off. More so than most places. However the customer service is pretty good.

The staff is so nice and always there tonget you what you want as soon as possible. Their loaded fries are off the wall delicious and the burgers are amazing. I dont recommend the pizza.

Great family fun entertainment. The bowling area and arcade is well kept, the bowling alleys are waxed and in pristine condition. The staff is friendly and very very helpful.

Bowling in a league gives you lots of extras. You get 9 free games each week and 15% off on food purchases. Everyone is friendly and eager to make your experience a pleasure.

Great bowling alley. A lot of fun. Here on a tournament day and staff was still friendly and attentive even when overwhelmed. Some customers should do so well.
