Hedges is one of those places you should visit once on a packed out Saturday night and then never go again. Its dirty, the drink selection is extremely limited and arent well made at that, and the only real attraction is DJ RX. Otherwise, its just a hot, grungy mess inside. They will also try to find ways to keep people out, strangely. A friend of mine was asked to leave because he had on a striped shirt that night, and I saw them pull others out of line for equally frivolous things.

Great Venue to catch all the college football games! There is a 22-ft HD projection screen and a state-of-the-art sound system so you can watch the game with 500 of your closest friends and not have a head in front of you! Drink Specials abound including some when the Dawgs score! After the game, stick around to dance to some of the hottest DJs and Bands with the largest music venue in Athens!

Hedges didnt allow my 21 year old friend in because they hire under-aged chicken fiddlers who dont know what a real ID looks like and judge people and discriminate based on clothing choices and skin color. RACIST ESTABLISHMENT - do not attend, not friendly to POC

Very poor bar. poorly mixed drinks with low quality alcohol. Prices jacked. only reason people keep going is for the DJ, but the staff are unfriendly (not to mention racist and discriminatory), and not of appropriate age or stature to check IDs at a bar.
