Ive been to sukit 3 times and it literally sucked it each time. The first time I went with a couple female friends and it happened to be stand up comedy night. The comedian made extremely off putting jokes saying things like "If I wanted to be with you two, youd be bound and gagged in the back of my trunk." I understand it isnt a family establishment, but uhh what? Second time was a nightmare. I went to sukit with about 6 friends last summer, give or take a couple people. We sat down at a table and handed over our IDs. After that it took us about 10 minutes to actually get menus and service. We ordered two hookahs and I checked in on facebook which at the time gave me one of three discounts. I must have told the woman who was our waitress (for lack of a better term?) three times (it was rather loud thanks to music night so I had to repeat myself) that we wanted an extra hose in one of them. I kid you not, 45 minutes later when we got our hookahs, one of them had ice in it. No extra hose. We were also expected to light our own coals (the first hookah bar Ive been to that expected its customers to do so, I might add) without the bar supplying a *lit* candle or a match, forcing us to bug other customers for a lighter. Now on this experience Ill admit the hookahs were up to par, we got about 30-45 minutes of continuous good smoking experience with 6-7 people pulling non stop so the tobacco was packed right in the bowl. Then came the time to get our IDs so we could pay and leave. It took us forever to get our servers attention, having to go remind her we wanted to leave every 10 minutes or so. Its not like they were exceptionally busy either, most of the time she was standing behind the counter. We look at our bill and they charged us a mandatory gratuity tip. A tip? For what service? We payed and left. Third experience I went and had a bro night with a couple of my friends. We ordered a couple bags of chips, cards, and one hookah. The hookah lasted not even 20 minutes, even counting the extra coals they gave us. It went harsh way too fast. Its not like I havent given sukit a chance, Ive been there three times, but every time it was terrible. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to Oasis or even a few blocks away to Maxwells. The running joke between the friends Ive went with and I is that Sukit definitely sucks it.

I have been a regular customer of Sukit Hookah since its first day in Toledo, and up until recently a huge fan of their quality and service. But in these passed few months Im sorry to say that I cannot continue to recommend this place to any of my friends. Due to some major staff changes, I feel this place no longer respects its customers. Myself and my friends have been refused tables multiple times now for not having "enough people" to be seated at a double table, when there were no single tables open and not a single person sitting on the other side of the room. And recently we have even been yelled at and forced to move with 6 people and a hookah in a comfortable 2 table spot to a 1 2x2 because "we didnt buy enough hookahs" so 3 people could be seated in our places 5 minutes later with a single hookah. There is no reason any customer should be spoken to or treated the way me and my friends have been after being such long time customers. If you were at a restaurant, and your waiter told you and your party to move to a smaller table or pay and leave in the middle of eating no one would stand for it. Their new staff is rude, and were clearly not informed on how to properly pack a hookah (they smush the shisha into the bowl), and frankly I feel like were unwanted every time I go. And Im not the only person who has been saying this lately.

I got kicked out for drinking, The comedy show is really good, I got lost in Toledo afterwards and had the kind gracefulness of three homeless people point me in the way of the highway. And all I had to do was hire them for my review-writing team. They do a good job and definitely need a raise. -Jerome

It was nice. The place was clean and the hookahs were well packed and clean too. The staff was great with just the right amount of...personality. I liked the rotating hookah bases and the customers were a good sport singing along to Bohemian Rhapsody. Great place, will be back when Im in town next.

In response to the rate below this, one of the girls who is being called racist (LOL ME) Is mixed. Some people just dont take kindly to bitchy girls throwing fits because they dont like the rules in place. Pull the race card with someone else sweetheart.

Now has a new owner and the new name is "Royalty Hookah Lounge". Honestly, its about time this place gets some much needed updating and expanded menu. I hear there is a "reopening" night this Saturday. I would suggest checking it out.

my friends and I come here often, quite a few times a week. we relax and share a hookah. its pretty fair prices and a great place to relax and unwind or start out an evening

This place doesnt serve food or drinks which was very disappointing and the reason I will not return here. Environment was chill but hookah is the same as anywhere else.
