we were there Sunday September 4th around 5PM.. it was a pretty hot day and we decided to stop in and get a beer and glass of wine. we were parched to say the least. the hostess told us to sit anywhere so we sat near the bar at a table where we could look out. after about 10 minutes, I asked the hostess if someone would wait on us.. we had already decided what we wanted.. a server came up and said she would be waiting on us, then handed us menus and a cocktail menu and started to walk off. I said "we know what we want" she looked at me and continued to walk away.. mind you, that we are less that 7 feet away from the bar and where the girls are gathered to talk. so after another 10 minutes..( remember, we are parched and hot and want something to drink) I got up to go order our things from the bar, and my wife said lets just go.. the bar wasnt busy at all, I mean at all!! the Khloe Kardashian wanna be look alike, didnt want to wait on any one.. we walked out and I told the hostess that we never got waited on.. so we were there .. 7 feet from the server and waited 20 minutes and had to walk out.. we went across the patio to the "Blue Martini" excellent staff, excellent prices, excellent menu.. go there instead of wasting your time at Copper Blues// just my opinion.,, but they were not interested in taking out money

As a place to grab a quick drink, this is fine. Its got great craft beers and the drinks arent more overpriced than anywhere else. Unfortunately, eating at the restaurant is something to be avoided. The plates are highly overpriced and nothing we had was particularly good -- the nachos were no better than anywhere else, the five-cheese pizza was made on what felt like a tortilla (super thin), the drunk pork sandwich was just okay, and the pork belly tacos were laughably small... to the point of absurdity. And the prices are just outlandish for such mediocre food. The service was good, though. Probably the best thing about the place. It was busy, but we didnt have to wait absurdly long for anything. Its also not a great place to go and hang out with friends and talk. They almost always have live music that is incredibly loud, and the one band we heard (doing 90s pop rock) was *terrible*. If we hadnt ordered already, we would have paid for our drinks and left... it was that bad.

IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE - DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE PLACE WAS DEAD, NOT BUSY AT ALL. WAITED FOR DRINKS WAY TOO LONG. - HAD TO CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE - HAD TO GET UP SEVERALTIMES TO ASK THE SERVER FOR THINGS. THE DRINKS WERE AWFUL. ASKED FOR THE MANGER WHO CAME OVER 20 MINUTES LATER. CHRIS HAYNES WHO SAID.... I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO, BUT I APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK. EVERYONE AT OUR TABLE WORKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, WE COULD NOT BELIEVE HIS RESPONSE. NO ONE THERE TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR JOB, HOW COULD THEY WHEN THE MANAGER OBVIOUSLY DID NOT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I coordinated a happy hour for my coworkers and figured this would be a good spot. The place was super busy but we found a nice area in the back. The live music was great and love that it wasnt too loud to where we couldnt carry a conversation. The cocktails and food were great, but what really made our experience that much better was our server, Sara. Its hard to find good "service with a smile" and despite being extremely busy, she was still very attentive to us and carried a big smile the entire evening. We had a great time and highly recommend this place to anyone! Favorite spot in CityPlace!!

Drinks are good. Food leaves very little to be desired. Not much on the menu. Service is horrible! We had to flag our waitress down, she messed up 2 of our 4 orders, at 9pm. Staff was on their phones and now we cant even find our waitress or the manager. All 4 food orders could have been made at home and somehow were not as great as any restaurant. They advertise music nightly and lobster on the menu for two meals...neither were available tonight. The only good thing was the Strawberry Fields drink and size of the beer menu. My advice is go somewhere else.

I enjoyed going here listening to the live music in the staff is always on point. If youd like finger foods they have it if you want a burger they have it but theyre small little pizza that can be personal or shared is very delicious to cook always does a good job at least on my barbecue chicken LOL. I order the same drink in a matter which bartender it is its always great which is a blue Long Island.. I always bring my friends coming to town here because its a cool environment and they all love it.

This is a great place for Happy Hour! Weve been quite a few times and as recent as just last Friday. There has been live music each time weve been here to eat or just have drinks. Its always enjoyable and not too loud like some other places. The prices seem a bit high to me when I come during non "happy hour" hours, but they do have happy hour 7 days a week. The filet bites and spinach dip are some of my favorite menu items; and the Champagne Super Nova is my favorite drink.

Server absent for almost 15 minites. I had to go to bar to get a beer. Was never offered another beer. Food order copper plate choice of meat told Danielle server I wanted sausage patties. Plate came with bacon and was charged extra for the sausage. Check charged gratuity 18% and added to subtotal yet at the bottom "Gratuity is not included... "

Suuuuper chill place. Great live music. 8 out of 10 bands are fantastic. Food is great. Spinach artichoke dip is the bomb! Prices have gone up and menus have changed since I first started eating here. This used to be my go to restaurant before I moved. Probably ate here 3 times a week on average.

This has become my go-to spot in west Palm. Great menu selection from burgers to salads, which are awesome. Huge selection off beer with liquor as well. Live music every night, which has yet to disappoint me. And most importantly the staff has been excellent; friendly, personable, and professional.

Good beer selection, great music and ambiance. Wait staff left a lot to be desired, and it was a very slow Monday night. Good did not come out as requested (ex. Asked for no jalapenos and tomatoes and both were included). Good was par for the course. Save your money and go else where.

Awesome service, copper burger was really juicy especially on a medium well done, not a lot of chefs can cook a medium well done. Fries were great, try the pretzels very delicious and the cheese was amazing. They brew their own beer as well. Great amazing spot.
