I recently had a client that chose this venue for their wedding. The venue came fully equipped with decor but my client chose to have different decor. After debating with the staff at chic venue, they finally agreed to allow her to decorate the venue to her liking for her special day. She rented the facility from 12-9 in which from the time slot from 12-3 would be allotted for decorating. Two staff members of mine arrived at 11:40am to begin decorating and was told by the Chic Venue staff that they could not enter. I arrived promptly at noon, along with other staff of mine, and introduced myself to the owner. I let him know I was there to setup. He told me that I would not be able to setup because he had booked appointments for prospective clients to view the facility. I asked him how long it would take and he told me that it shouldnt be long. I then asked if I were able to start unloading my decor into the venue while we awaited setup and he told me no. A week before the wedding, it was agreed that the Chic Venue decor would be removed prior to the new setup of decor...none of it was removed. I waited about 20 minutes before approaching the owner again and asked if we could begin to setup. He then told me that he had to wait for his manager to arrive and that he still had another appointment with a prospective client. It wasnt until after 1pm that we were allowed to unload our truck and bring in our decor. Not only were we delayed but we also had to remove the Chic Venue decor in order to replace it with ours! The staff at Chic Venue had no regard for my client or her wedding that would begin at 3. Even during the time that we were setting up, they continued to set appointments for prospective clients to view causing us a further delay as we effortlessly tried to setup in time with the staff and clients in our way. As a business owner, I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and concern for the wedding that would soon be taking place. Because of their poor business operations, my clients wedding was delayed until 4:15pm. In addition to that, during the wedding, the owner and manager continuously walked through the venue during the ceremony and the reception. This is not how you treat customers that are renting a facility for an event as special as a wedding! Especially for a place with this price tag...this venue is not cheap! I have never been faced with such poor professionalism from a venue in my career as an event planner. I was personally embarrassed and felt awfully bad for my client as guests begin to arrive while we were still setting up. I highly recommend that when planning an event and looking for a venue, you steer clear of this place and their lack of customer service! It is very apparent that they are only in this business for the money. They assure you that youll be able to customize the venue but once the contract is signed, it is their ball game completely! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP LOOKING! If I were able to, ID GIVE ZERO STARS!

I rented out this venue for our sorority formal and i have to say it was probably the best one we have had so far. Matt was very helpful with making sure that i had everything i needed prior to our event and things the day of were set up the way i wanted them. I was able to pick all the colors i wanted from top to bottom! I chose to stay with a white and black table runners although you could have changed the color for an extra cost. i was even allowed to bring in my own decorations, dj, cater, and bartender. The only issues i had run into was the time set for set up and the video system. I was only allowed one hour prior to my event to set up anything i had, which i personally didnt think was enough time, thankfully i had a bunch of friends to help. i thought the video system was a amazing because i could bring my own slideshow to be played but i had to keep asking him to reply the video after it ended because it kept going off. Other then that, the light show was amazing for dancing and the venue was perfect for pictures & it was overall a good night

Chic Venue went above and beyond at making our one year anniversary absolutely amazing. The owners of the venue where kind and accommodating, making sure that every detail was attended too. Everyone of our guest was in awe of how gorgeous the venues design and decor was. The staff was professional and always smiling and made our night flow with a breeze. Its amazing what we received in our package (especially for the price we paid). Security at the door, all types of lighting, including lazer lights; the lights shifted to our favorite color throughout the whole evening, which made it feel like the place was constantly transforming as the night went on. The most wonderful part of it all, is how the owners worked tirelessly to please us and make Chic Venue our home and it truly felt like home. Thank you so much for a wonderful perfect night!!!!!

Their event planners and staff do a great job of making real and lasting memories. The atmosphere is classy on the exterior and stunning on the inside. We especially love the beach themed windows, grand entryway, and lighting for any mood. The inside of Chic Venue transports you to another world. They have spared no expense. This is truly a unique party and special event location. JR, the owner, is sure to accommodate requests and able to work with all budgets. I find them a real pleasure to work with, and recommend all my friends and colleagues to Chic Venue!

I recently held my moms 60th Birthday Party at Chic Venue and it turned out AMAZING! My mom knew she was having a party but knew none of the details. When she walked through the door she was in awe. The party was an all white event and the all white venue brought everything together perfectly. My guest were astonished by the beautiful decor and amazing laser lighting. Chic Venue has spared no expense and is definitely worth the price. JR did an excellent job at making sure to exceed my expectations.

I recently just had my graduation party at Chic Venue. I have to say place is absolutely beautiful!! Between the gorgeous lights and beauitful furniture you really cant go wrong. There are so many great photo opportunities ! The owners really work with you to make sure your night is everything you wish for. I couldnt have had a better experience. Our family was very pleased and had such a blast. Thank you Chic Venue! My graduation party was truly a night to remember !

Chic-Venue was truly the best place to host my daughters birthday party! It is fit for a Princess! All of our guests really loved the place! They could not have been more happy to be there! We were very blessed to work with the manager and his team! They did everything to accommodate our needs!! I absolutely recomend this venue it provides you with so many options!!

I visited this venue while attending The Polka Dot Affair, and this venue is awesome! The inside is so beautiful, really chic and very classy. The venue is well decorated and the owners are nice as well, they made sure we had everything we needed for the event was accessible and at ease. I would love to visit this venue again.
