TERRIBLE! GOAT PASTURE! This is the worst course Ive ever played. Looks abandoned and not maintained at all. Sand has sticks and not raked, fairways are dead, greens are terrible! We had a group of 5 that played in front of us. We finally gave up on getting through the round after 6 holes, along with others. The pace was so slow that there was no one playing in front of them through 10. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I "donated $100 to this POS course and I am trying to save your money. Terrible terrible terrible. Id give a negative rating if possible

Shalimar Pointe is a beautiful, well maintained and fun course. They offer specials for residents and seniors. Conditions are always good with the greens being in excellent condition. People are friendly and lunch in the clubhouse is delicious and reasonably priced. Awesome deluxe grilled cheese and hot fries. We enjoy the views of the bay and the beautiful homes that surround the course everytime we play. Great course!

Early season, played on Tuesday, had a lot of rain over the weekend. Unfortunately Tuesday was ladies day and it was very slow in the morning. Course will likely be much better in a month. Interesting layout, played very wet - no roll off the tee, greens were very sandy and need some time to recover. Staff very nice. #17 terrific par four. Some multi tier greens you must be clear where the flags are on approach shots.

im a regular player at this course, playing every sunday, however, after this past weekend we are trying to find a new home for our weekly threesome. the greens were terrible, the members are extremely rude and they refused to accept a coupon with their name on it. the coupon was valid and was for this course !

The course was in great shape for August. Staff was great and very helpful. Its a great public course and is reasonable when it comes to prices. We paid $45 before 11am. Great place to play especially for tourists who are not from the area and do not want to pay a lot. Definitely recommended.

Course was terrible and greens did not roll good and the greens had dead grass. No water on the course to drink and the food thier was terrible. The staff were rude and rode down the fairway in your way on loud noisy equipment. Will not be going thier again! Absolutely disgusted by the place!

This course is tremendous shape. The greens were in AMAZING condition and the pace of play was ideal. I would definitely play here again and would highly recommend this facility to all. Not to mention the staff was extremely helpful and and very professional.

There are a LOT of bare spots on their fairways. Rate of play was great and staff was friendly, it just seems kind of run down. A few holes were really beautiful or would be if the maintenance was kept up.

I played here a few years ago before the new ownership. The entire place has now been improved - better greens, new golf carts, renovated clubhouse. So much better than it used to be. What a pleasure.

Challenging and fun course with character. Different tees provide different opportunities. Clubhouse staff is great! Super nice. Reasonable green fees but the REAL value is in memberships.

Course had some rough spots but, had a great layout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traps were full of soft sand and the greens were in good shape. I would play it again with no hesitation.
