Very very bad 15th hole had some ass behind tee off and almost hit my wife. I left after that went to the office. I asked them what they would do as we spent 50 plus dollars to play the course for twilight and he said he would do nothing. I can not believe I was just ripped off like that. I am from out of town and was told that was a good course. After reading the reviews I was told wrong and should have confronted the people behind me golfing. Anybody that golfs knows you dont tee off until the people in front of you are finished or far enough ahead. Doesnt matter there I guess. When I asked the manager he said I should have played faster. Basically I was in the wrong. Had two people with me that have never golfed before. Great experience for them right. I would definitely not recommend anybody to golf there. Got to be better places to golf around this area. The manager said if I dont like it then never come back. How do you run a business like that unless you wanna go out of business. Horrible experience here when I finish moving here i will never golf there again. I golf about three to four times a week. There loss but they dont seem to care. Probably because they are publicly funded great for them but wasting tax dollars just my opinion.

I have been a member at Long Hollow since I retired. I have a personal cart there in their new private cart facility. I have played golf there for the last 30 years. The course is pretty open but pin placement on the greens does not assure a par. I have never seen a municipal golf course kept any better, the staff any nicer and greens any better. Rick the superintendent at Long Hollow does a GREAT job with the greens. In the summer I have seen greens around middle Tennessee burn up with the heat but Long Hollow still have great greens. The city of Gallatin is lucky to have the facility and staff at Long Hollow.

Course is always decent. The type of course where you havent played for a while and need to get your game back. It is wide open for players like me that use every part of the course. The customer service could be better. I called twice to ask for a tee time and rates and both times I was put on hold for five minutes each. Then the line was cut off. Needless to say, I didnt golf there that day.

If it wasnt so handy, I probably wouldnt like it much. The problem with this course is some of the people who try to learn how to play on the course...take some lessons and please, please, please learn proper pace of play. And, fix your ball marks! When its had rain, its a good little course.

I have played here for several years & was very impressed with the improvements I found during this months round. Tees, fairways & greens were in excellent shape (much improved over previous years) ! Cudos tot he Staff, this is a great place to play now & it is a bargain, too.

At 70+ years old I am re-learning the game of golf after developing bad habits over many years . Im very pleased with suggestions thus far from the PRO , Jimbo Hicks . I plan on continuing with my lessons looking forward to some very worthwhile advice.

Rounds at Long Hollow are inexpensive and, although it isnt a championship course, they maintain it well and it is a comfortable course. Fairways have improved dramatically. Course is not difficult and a great place to learn and simply enjoy.

I love long hollow golf course and the staff except one person name JIM FORD he is very rude to his customers and should not be in the front dealing with customers other than that I love this place and spend a lot of money there

This is a great golf course, especially since its a municipal course. The fairways and greens are VERY well taken care of. Plus only $25 twilight rate after 3pm is a great price.

Nice course even for a duffer like me. Greens are nicely laid out and well maintained. Usually easy to get a tee time.
