This is a great minor league ballpark with nearby parking lots in the surrounding blocks. There are entrances from behind home plate, right field, and left field. They have lots of food options ranging from the snack bars to an outpost from one of the best local gourmet burger joints. They have a beer garden with craft brews by left field, which often includes a local band before the game. Lawn seating is available near much of the outfield, which also includes a play area for the younger kids. If you dont mind a little walk, it is within walking distance of Old Towne Sacramento, where you can find even more dining and shopping options for before or after the game.

DO NOT DO NOT PAY BIG BUCKS TO SEE A CONCERT AT RALEY FIELD - WE PAID APPROX. $300.00 FOR 2 TICKETS TO SEE JOURNEY IN SECTION C 21 ROW (IN THE FIELD) - NOT ONLY COULD WE NOT SEE THE STAGE AS EVERYONE WAS STANDING THROUHOUT THE CONCERT BUT THE 2 SCREENS PLACED ON EACH SIDE OF THE STAGE WERE WAY TOO LOW - I SAW THE TOP 1/4 OF THE SCREEN WHEN I COULD SEE ANY PART OF IT. IT WAS THE WORST DISPLAY OF RIPPING FANS OFF - EVERYONE MAKING MONEY AND THOSE PAYING GOT WHAT? WE WERE THE BIG TIME SUCKERS WHO DROVE 2 HOURS TO SACRAMENTO, PAID FOR A HOTEL - ALL FOR WHAT????? NO THANKS TO STAFF AT RALEY FIELD AND TO JOURNEY.

Baseball, beer, hot dog with all the fixins. What more could a guy need? ...Wait, youre bringing the wife family? Rivercats and Raley Field have them covered too. Specialty dining need not apply! Ice cream parlors, tri-tip sandwiches, microbrews/specialty beer on tap in the beer garden, and even vegan dishes...? I think Willy Mays would be proud. Lawn tickets are cheap ($14), and the summer nights are glorious. Youre only excuse is not to like baseball... In which case, nobody is perfect. So give your children a better life and bring them out to the ballgame. Go Rivercats (SF Giants AAA Team)!!!

Lines get excessively long around game start. I recommend getting there at least 30 minutes early if you already have tickets, or an hour early if you will be buying tickets at the game. When the lines are long they go incredibly slow. Parking at the game is now free, which is great, but ticket prices have increased a couple dollars to compensate, but prices for a ticket are still very cheap. Lawn chairs or seats are not allowed in the park, even for those with injuries that prevent them from sitting on the ground. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful and the park itself is very nice.

Great atmosphere and even better entertainment on the field, parking is usually $10.00 in lots but more on the street. If youre close enough to the field you can order food from a server at your seat for an 18% fee PLUS tip but you wont get your food for 3-5 innings. Each Saturday night they have post game fireworks and usually offer a family pass for the grass for $19.00, seats start at $18.00. Last call is top of 7th. If you order tix online do not pay for the parking pass, youre not guaranteed at spot and may end up paying to park elsewhere, this happened to us our 1st time.

Not the biggest baseball fan, but I love the ballpark environment. Always have a great time with friends over a cold beer and a hotdog. The new Thirsty Tuesday beer promo is a huge joke. They now trap you into a tent where you cant leave with the beer and cant see the game. Huh? Lame. I wouldnt put my companies name on that crappy promotion. Guess it help to sell the $10 Coors though. OR if your smart like me hit the craft beer bar up. A bit more, but at least you get a decent beer.

I have been here for two different non-baseball events, and never a baseball game. Both times I had a good time. In large part due to the park having good facilities and being easy to get around. One event was a 10k race that started and finished at the park, having real seating available was great to have after the race. The other event was the 4th of July celebration which had lots of great food and drink available, and again seats were nice to have .

Parking is okay and they recently paved a portion of it. The stadium is nice and well maintained. The food and beer is alright, but a bit expensive like any other arena/stadium. Staff here are usually friendly and ushers do their jobs, dont try to move seats much or sit in someone elses seat. The best part though is definitely the crowd and atmosphere. Raley Field has a special place for the city and residents of Sacramento. We love it.

Still the Jewel of Minor League Baseball Ballparks. Built at the end of the 20th century and 12 years after West Sacramento officially became a City, it Has Been a Big Influence on Sacramentos rebuilding of Downtown Sacramento. And as the Triple AAA affiliate of the 3time World Champion San Francisco Giants the Ballpark has made Wonderful Improvements to better Enjoyment for Fans.

Very kid friendly: my wife and I brought our 11 week old and 20 month old kids. No trouble getting in with our giant stroller full of all our junk. Fun environment, great staff, awesome place to watch a baseball game and now you can see SF Giants play there when theyre coming back from injury/issues. Also have a sweet spot on the left field side in the outfield with craft beers.

We always have a great time watching the River Cats at Raley Field. The crowds are large enough to really feel the energy in the stands. Parking is easy and traffic is not bad if you arrive a little early. The kids love the great seats, the mascot, and the promotions during the game. We love watching baseball with the family for less than $50 out the door!

Great ballpark and team. Fantastic addition to the area and super friendly staff. Im always excited to go to the ballpark and get some great food, watch a good game and some expensive beer (only major downside) or lemonade. Great energy from the announcers and the team. Love coming here and watching a good team play games. Atmosphere 4/5 Food 4/5 Team 5/5

The best Triple A baseball stadium in the U.S.! The San Francisco Giants minor league team the River Cats play here! The food is DELICIOUS! If you cant have fun here, then youre probably dead! VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY! Lots of parking. Try the trip tip!! Seats are inexpensive, especially if you sit on the lawn (a bargain!) GO CATS!

Great baseball field. Would recommend any seats in Sections 115 - 120, especially on a sunny day (youll get more shade in those sections). Expensive stadium food, as usual. If you want good craft beers and a bit better food, head over to the beer garden. Fun promotional nights, individual tickets are pretty reasonably priced.
