HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I booked a table at Hyde Beach a month prior to my visit. I came from Dallas to Miami so wanted to make sure I had a reservation. I booked a daybed for $1500. When I got to the pool party my name was no where on the list. After about 10 min a host comes to greet me and has me sign a receipt for $1000 spending. Then he walks me to a small table behind the daybeds. I told the host that there must be a mistake because I booked a daybed for $1500 and I showed him my reservation on my phone from the Tablelist app. He said "oh you did have $1500, hold on" and left. He returned 5 min later and said that I was given an incorrect price and the daybed was now $2500 if I wanted it. I argued with him for another 5 min but his argument was that I needed to take it up with the 3rd party app Tablelist and kept blaming Tablelist. I said I wasnt going to spend another $1K and I would just take the table given to me for the $1K I signed off on. The host then said Oh no that was a mistake its actually $1500. I again argued with the host but he didnt budge. I immediately contacted the concierge service on the tablelist app in which they responded on the messaging service and said they were going to contact the VIP Host and get back to me. I never heard back and felt completely screwed from both Hyde Beach Pool Party and Tablelist.

Stayed one night. Paid regular rate for very small room that appeared to be an after thought in the overall construction of the hotel. Outside of my door there was a mobile storage rack for dirty room service trays that were being collected by staff. The rack stayed there for my entire stay. Also piles of dirty linens were added to the hallway next to the rack. I called the front desk to complain and they said that it would be removed immediately. The mess greeted me on my way out the next morning. Horrible service for a 5 star hotel. I imagine that you have to stay in one of the fancy villas to get the service expected. Also wifi was not included in price?! Even Super 8 hotels include wifi. Oh yeah, it took 45 minutes for the valet to retrieve my car the morning I left! Unbelievable. Will not stay there again.

How exciting, an SLS coming to South Beach! I stayed at the SLS in Beverly Hills for my birthday weekend last year and it was AMAZING! The staff was so nice, the decor was not only gorgeous, but FUN- I wanted to take everything home with me, especially the lamps shaped like rifles and the big silver pig that was standing in the (roof-top) swimming pool, and the room was so comfortable and sleek. Not only did I see movie stars roaming the hallways, but I felt like one while staying there. Now transport all that straight to the beach in Miami, yes please!

This Phillipe Starck-designed club in the SLS has ridiculously good food and cocktails courtesy of Jose Andrés and Katsuya Uechi, which is a big part of the reason its the place to go when youre in the mood for a rowdy, full-on South Beach pool party situation. Located inside the SLS hotel, youll find beach access, a live DJ, and plenty of bright, striped cabanas and lounge chairs. Check the schedule in advance, as lines can get long (and covers can get expensive) when they have a big DJ on site.

Forced to wait in a 3-hour line to get into event which I paid money ahead of time for tickets!! They should not have sold so many tickets if everyone was forced to wait in a long line for hours to get into an event that was mediocre at best! Friend had to pay extra $30 to get in even though he already bought tickets! Will never go to club again! If I were staying at the hotel, would not have been happy to be kept awake all night by a huge crowd!

Ive been to a lot of nice hotels and a lot of awesome clubs in Vegas, NYC, etc, and I have never experienced such horrible service and pompous attitudes such as the ones at this place. We were told several different things by serval workers here---one day the rate for a chair was $250 "on the weekends". Okay-thats cool. Go the next day and all of a sudden its "1,000. Yeah, no.

If I could give it a 0, I would. They charged hundreds of dollars of items to our credit cards that we never ordered or received, then wouldnt return our calls the next day to try to reconcile. Maybe they are used to dealing with drunk people who dont know they are being screwed and dont know how to handle a sober person with proof... Avoid this scam.

6:00 to 8:00 great deal on drinks and oysters. service not so good, our dishes did not arrive at the same time. Food is mediocre. Waiter didnt check up on our table. Aside from the negatives the atmosphere is very cool, drinks are solid and the place is beautiful. I would definitely go back.

This place shows open on Google the restaurant did not have the courtesy to tell that they are closed for the season., phone rings no one answers, we came a very long way just to find out closed place and they directed us to another place shame on them low class confused management

Amazing outdoor lounge at the newest hotel in SoBe. Crowd as very wealthy and good-looking. Drinks were typically absourdly expensive, but the going rate for this part of Miami. Will be back for sure! Doorman was great, lets in the REAL locals without a hassle.

Pretty pricey - but a really cool vibe by the pool area and inside bar area. If you see it and its not packed busy, definitely grab a drink and relax. If it is busy, youre going to wait a while for an expensive drink.

This is a review for the outdoor bar. The servers are good, the scene is nice. I recommend it. However, the drink prices are sky high. $20 for a top shelf vodka drink. That is a small fortune in my opinion.

The music was alright. I think its just a personal preference. The food was pretty good for being a day club. The mix drinks had decent amount of alcohol. Something about the ambiance wasnt the best.

Mediocre, overpriced pool party. I was there on July 4th weekend and I wont be in much of a hurry to return.. I used to like this place a couple of years ago but it seems to have gone downhill..

This is my favorite place on the beach. I go every Friday night and its always a good time. Its a nice crowd, great music and the decor is unsurpassed for a warm Miami night.

The pool parties are easily the best in South Beach. It always has a great atmosphere, beautiful crowd, and tons of energy to go around. You cant go wrong here.
