I hope I can go there soon! I never even got there on my birthday, because my father does not like it; we went to Splitsville, the most weird place to go to, and the prices at Splitsville is even more expensive than here (almost 100 dollars in one game, but 35-50 dollars here). Hey, I was lucky that I got only two hours of game at Splitsville for 100 dollars, plus I did not even stay there until night as in 9:00/10:00 PM: only 2 hours and 15 minutes (What the hell, and my father continued to bother me that I am not making one strike, when he was the one who was not even close to one strike, including that my brother said "Do you need the bumpers" as if I do not know anything about bowling). Dude, the lanes at Splitsville is too short and not even worth bowling; because the other people interrupted our game(But at least, I got some fun here, also my father repeated more trash as if I am not bowling right, when my father cannot even bowl one perfect strike). Look, if you want to get more fun, avoid going to Splitsville, because that place is a rip off; plus you would not even be happy at all once you eat that food or start to bowl. So, people just keep telling you what to do at Splitsville, and I do not care at all, if I make: one strike, spare, or zero; I am telling you to go to Bird Bowl, you will like it better and not even get interrupted. Anyways, if I choose between Bird Bowl or Miami Bowlero; I say Bird Bowl, because the lane is estimated to make one strike, Miami Bowlero, not at all because that place is too vulnerable, plus the lane is longer to even rarely make one strike over there; but the people at Miami Bowlero, are really disrespectful and do not even think where to bowl that might hurt anybody, so to me I say Bird Bowl once again: due to all the fun and patrol over here that can be unlimited!!!

My company previously held a few employee and company sponsored events here in the past and they were great. But unfortunately, several of the colleagues at our firm tried to setup our largest bowling event yet (over 80 ppl), to no avail. The sales team was surprisingly difficult to work with and it seems that they were not particularly organized for events of this scale and were not particularly customer friendly. When asking to speak to Bird Bowls GM (several calls daily), we were consistently roadblocked and said that our "issue" (glad to know that is what it was considered) is something that is controlled and handled by the sales team. I had to google who the GM was (Dion) and ask for that individual and even then we were still routed to either sales or voicemail (apparently everytime we called, that person was on the floor and could not be reached). After numerous voicemails to the GM (assuming that we were routed to the appropriate voicemail box) not a single one was returned. Its unfortunate that this happened because our colleagues and their families loved going to bird bowl because of how family friendly this venue usually is. Our situation was really simple too - it was over an overcharge for our group (basically, our group of over 80ppl would pay more per person than the daily advertised rate) and that was something we could have worked out. Our group needed to find another bowling venue that was willing to work with our party. It was not until the 11th hour (on a weekend two days before the event) that someone called to honor their own advertised rate (being that we had to coordinate such a large group, last minute details wouldnt really work). Overall was not a great customer experience and we had to book at another venue (for a competitive price).

I have been to bird bowl several times with my children, fortunately when it comes to saving money it is the best as well as keeping my little girl and husband entertained as well as myself. However in terms of customer service Ive had really bad experiences. Two weeks ago, a very tall, blonde worker was on his phone while I was right behind him needing assistance I had clicked the service button and it took him about 3-4 minutes to get to me, if it wasnt for me getting to him I probably wouldve complained in person, I just didnt want the experience for my family to go on by as bad, he had an attitude and was in no way friendly, I do not remember if he had a name tag or can not remember his name. But also one morning Ive had another bad experience with another one, whos name I also forgot but enough about that. In overall I recommend this place to people who simply want to enjoy doing something on a dull or boring day. I definitely recommend all the parents to bring their children here, they have an arcade, good food, and pool tables. They also put fancy lights and music. If it wasnt for the customer service being a bit quicker, respectful and not always distracted by being on their phone or what not I wouldve considered rating this four stars. Management or whoever is in charge of training needs to show them a bit more etiquette and better work ethic.

Ive been coming here for years. My boyfriend has a foot condition and with the bowling shoes being hard with barely any support he refrains from wearing them. Most bowling alleys understand this and makes us aware its playing at our own risk. However, the employees here are the definition of awful. One Hispanic guy approached us "yo dawg, where are your shoes" like am I your client ? Because I sure am not your "dawg" and since do we refer customers by "yo" LOL anyways, they were super rude and super pushy. Manager wasnt any help. Very disappointed and never coming back. Whats funny is that part of the applying requirements you have to be well groomed but the guy who approached us talking ghetto had an terrible looking bear. Music is inappropriate and young teens dance around like wh*** and its not a place to brings kids. Save your money!!! Ohhhhhh and THE BATHROOM IS THE ABSOLUTE GROSSES BATHROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! COULDNT PAY 10 million to walk back into those bathroom! Do they not have maintenances on site cleaning and keeping the bathroom cleaned? Oh and theres only ONE cashier ringing you up on a Saturday night. How convinient! This place is a joke.

The place is a good one to enjoy with family, but we give feedback according to our experience. Mine today was horrible. Visit it with the whole family to enjoy some time. We did not mind waiting an hour to get the line, thinking it was worth it. But then when it was our turn, after paying for the line, they said they did not have shoes for me nor my mom (women 35). Please check they have shoes for u before waiting, we did not think that a good bowling place would not have enough shoes. The bad thing is they didnt take the time to apologize to us nor even talked... only returned the money. A good customer service would have at least apologize or at least talk to us. You cant returned the timed waiting but some human interaction would have change the situation. Lost a client there.

Classic fun with modern amenities. This place has been here since before I was born and now I take my kid. Daily specials for bowling / billiards makes it affordable for everyone to have good clean fun ! Theres also a full bar for adult fun ! The food is decent ( remember were here for fun not a dining experience ) Even though I always get told its a long wait I never wait the full time and theres a bar to grab a drink or an arcade to play while you wait. Plenty of TVs to watch whatever event. Socks for sale in a vending machine so no line to wait there. All in all everything moves smoothly and efficiently . Its nice to see a place invest with keeping up with the times.
