I have been here tons of times in the past few years with various friends, family members and my husband, its always been a fun place for us to unwind, listen to great music and play some pool however, after my experience there tonight I will never return again! First off, after arriving to our pool table the waiter/waitress never came to attend us and after 20 minutes I had to go and hunt one down. Second, after an hour of playing pool the so-called manager comes over very rudely with my license shouting my name with another employee, I come over to him perplexed and he begins to question the validity of my license (mind you I am 28 years old and most definitely do not look any younger but I digress), not only was he rude and offensive but extremely ignorant. I even told him he could have an officer check out my license if he was not convinced but my other forms of ID that I could show him. I explained to him how I have never had a problem there before with my license or at any other establishment and he simply laughed and walked away. To make matters worse as I was leaving I came over to let him know how offensive that was and completely unnecessary and that he had most definitely lost a customer, he had the audacity to say that I should have never gained entrance into his establishment with that license and he has the right to refuse entrance to anyone. I was completely shocked and after having spent $80 there I was outraged. The manager showed complete and utter disregard for customer service, lack of respect and also an obvious lack of intelligence by the way he expressed himself, all because of a FL license which was not expired but because the background was not blue "it must be fake." Will most definitely be writing to corporate about this!

Overall the place is good. Theyve put a lot of work into it so theres an atmosphere, from the chairs to the ceiling, it looks like a nice place to hang out. That being said, and the reason why I wont give it 5 stars, is the service. Even though the place is great, I loved the lighting, the tables, the music, the bowling... The service was a bit strange. I cant generalize and say all waiters and waitresses were uninterested, but on average that was the response I got, and that ought mean something. Asking for something prompted this response on some of the servers, like they were too comfortable wherever they were leaning on and they had to drag themselves to my table, then, theyd just stand there with a long face. Like I said, I saw other staff members being very professional, but their coworkers werent giving their best. When it comes to the food, it was average. I enjoyed their chicken wings and sliders, that was good. I also ordered sushi, which I didnt enjoy that much partly because of its consitency; it was falling apart. Their burgers kinda taste like Burger King, but in a nicer version; they werent bad but nothing to be ecstatic about. In general, food was fine if your main goal is to go have fun bowling or playing pool. They have small happy hour where you can get some small meals and drinks, such a bottled beer and wine - the latter wasnt the best, but they did have some nice beers you might enjoy trying while you chat with friends. The rest of the place was great, bowling was fun and affordable. If I remember correctly you had to pay $3 to rent a pair of shoes, and then $4 per game. Multiply this for the number of people in the game. Oh, and as a side note, the restrooms were impeccable. Not as relevant, but worth noting.

For being a bowling alley, their food menu is pretty impressive. You have sushi on their which was surprising. They have a good happy hour special where you can get drinks and 2 cheeseburger sliders (which are huge by the way) for $3. I was there with a big group of ladies... 10 of us to be exact. Our server Matt was phenomenal. The man has the patience of Gandhi with the agility of Serena Williams. We had his butt running to and fro on a constant basis and our group of 10 was staggering in one by one. Everytime one of us arrived he would spring back, take their order, and deal with everyone else at the table. At the end of the night, he even came by when we were bowling to thank us and make sure we all had a good time. Matt is the best server. If you go for dinner, ask for him. On to the food... I ordered the spicy tuna roll and asked they put avocado on top and they did. It was good. The house red wine was awful, sent it back and got white wine instead. Just so you know, the house wine is Barefoot. It doesnt say it on the menu but I asked. We bowled and I have to say, in that area, Strike at dolphin mall has them licked! The lanes are to close to one another and the seating is awkward. In conclusion, I prefer Strike for bowling, but the food here is pretty good and the service was awesome.

I had a horrible experience. I brought my family there to celebrate my sons 12 birthday. we sat down to eat food and I decided to bring my own food since i have Allergy sensitivities. While I was eating my food the waiter told me I had to either leave or throw away my food because they do not allow any foods to be brought in. I spoke to the manager Debra Martinez and she was also had no consideration of my food allergies and told me I had to leave if not to throw away my food. On top of this while im talking with her all the Food my family had ordered had arrived to the table. I told the manager I did not know about brining in food since there is no signs or no one told me. She still insisted and demanded me to leave the premises. I told her then that we were there to celebrate my sons birthday. So she cancelled the order and told us to leave. I cant believe Splitsville would do that. I told her that I would not come again to that bowling alley just because of the way they treated us. They do not have good service at all. Beware people.

What a first impression! Its 10pm and I just rented a bowling lane for my family. All we wanted and needed was to order dinner and have a great time. But that was not the case. So it happens that the waitress told us that kitchen was closed, that all they had was pizza and Sushi. I requested to speak to a manager since on their website it says that its open until 12am and it displays an extensive Menu. To make the story short yeah the Manager confirmed that kitchen was close because since it was slow they decided to close kitchen 2 hours before. This is clearly false advertisement. So I suggest that of you like to be spontaneous like I do, you are going to have to call ahead and ask if kitchen is still open since you cant really trust the hours posted on their website or google.
