Beautiful venue and great DJ on the monthly Fetish Factory night.... We paid extra for bottle service and had a great time on the main floor too. Unfortunately, will NEVER come back as long as the security guard, named Abraham or Gabriel is working there. (He gave 2 different names when asked- but he is a Hispanic brunette guy around 30 or so- and was very busy hitting on female customers who seemed very uncomfortable by his unwanted advances). Never in a lifetime of party-going around the world have we been treated worse. Never. He was busy trying to get in other patrons pants and blocking an exit doing so. When asked politely if we could get by through the exit he was blocking, his irrational ego was such that he had little patience for people who were patiently waiting for him to get past his unwanted advances and exit the facility he was blocking. He made us feel trapped in the club. What a complete d-bag. He ruined an otherwise great time after we spent over a thousand dollars flying down from NY to attend this event as a special birthday event... The promoter Glenn and the rest of the floor staff and VIP staff were awesome! But we will NEVER come back again until we hear that this unstable and violent tempered "security" guy is gone. We took the time to write this review at the end of our night simply because Abraham (or Gabriel) had such a negative impact on our vacation, that we want other customers and his employers to hear about it. He ruined our night and our entire very expensive trip. If you are an attractive girl or couple and want to have a good time there, DONT GO unless you call and hear that Abraham (or Gabriel) is no longer employed there!

What an awful place. After you enjoy your mediocre food and drinks you have deal with the incompetent staff. Asked for the check for three parties, paid the bill, waiter accepted tips from all three parties, and then 2 of the 3 parties left. Waiter then proceeded to harass the third party for the bill which should have already been paid. His mistake of not including the third party in our bill resulted in the paying party to return by chance and asking what the problem was. We were told we did not pay for our meals. Asked to speak to a manager because it was not our fault, guy was a total jerk. Waiter told us that it was not his problem that we didnt get charged right which resulted in the security guard man handling and shoving the paying party. The waiter put his hands on the paying party which resulted in the cops being called over. Im sorry but I work in place that accepts money from paying customers, more attention is paid to a customer with a problem without putting hands on anybody. Your establishment made a mistake that could have gotten multiple people in our party arrested. How do you call yourself a business that serves people with this type of attitude? Maybe you should pay more attention to the people who interact with your customers. We are over 30 years in business and have traveled and done business in more countries and states than we can count and have never been treated in such a manner. Extremely disappointed in our experience and cant believe as grown adults a business would treat us this way. One star so I could leave a comment, otherwise no stars.

Currently standing@ the hostess booth i had to reach out to the young lady who was @ the podium and ask her if it was open seating because my party was patiently waiting to be seated but was advised that she could sit us after the lengthy confusing period of time we stood there. She pointed to a table we could occupy and disappeared. A guy who seemed to be a bus boy finally made eye contact actually acknowledged us and made us feel welcomed. It was as if they didnt care of we patronized there establishnent or not. The music was good but the horrible service distracted me from the good time i came to have. Our server came and was mediocre but got the job done. We only came for the drinks which are huge and tasty and to introduce friends ti the Rok bar experience which in the past was good but tonight was horrible. Food finally came and the chicken quasidilla we ordered to hold us over until our next food stop was actually good and filling with lots of flovorful shredded chicken. But need to do better with the customer service...HORRIBLE! !

Left because I was so angry! The server had the worst attitude and served a group that sat down 30 min after me and my friends had been waiting when we explained to her that we were waiting before them they just got here she put up her hand up and gace us an attitude and walked back over to them. I am the one who personally asked for assistance at the front of the establishment. When we spoke to the manager he said it was busy he not once apologized for the waitress and was rude himself. Also, he then told the wait staff that my table only could order from the bar no wait staff could take out order. That is so unprofessional he told us we could leave if we wanted to because there was nothing else he could do! When we asked for his name he mumbled it and when we said we would call corporate they started speaking Spanish assuming because we are black we would not understand. I understood partially and from what I over heard they were calling is bitches. Totally unprofessional. I was there May 28th at 2am in the morning Ft. Lauderdale Beach.

It never ceases to amaze me that the hospitality business in South Florida is anything but hospitable (actually I’ve been here 6 years, I’m not sure why I am still surprised). I do love you South Florida but sometimes I wonder why!! The management here is a total waste. Customer service is NOT their top priority. If you receive poor treatment on the behalf of one of their staff, management will support them and pretty much tell you they could care less that you are a paying customer. They are arrogant, rude and impudent. However if are willing to take this place at face value (a side show of roided out meat heads and plastic surgery supporters) it does have some pretty decent house music and it is a great way to be outside enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Word of advice though, stay away from the pool, you might catch something in there!

Went there last night and got a beautiful table outside. Waited 20min for someone to come take our order so my friend went to inside bar and got him and his wife 2 large drinks. Took them back to our table outside when the rude hostess or waitress named Monica told him he needed to drink those drinks inside and couldnt bring them outside to our table. We asked if it was because of the cup and if they could switch it out but she said no. We explained that we waited too long for service and that we would order the rest from our server when they came but she refused. We had to sit inside where it was dingy outdsted and smells like ass, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and have no locks so thankfully a stranger held it closed. The only reason i gave tgis place 2 stars was because my drink wasnt terrible.
