We (my girlfriend and I) came for a Hardwell performance. Looked promising and we were very excited until we got there. Admission: you can go in, but you need to stay the entire time (cant leave). God forbid you need to do anything outside of the performance youre boned. Drinks are reasonable by Miami standards but the drinks are still expensive and the quality is lackluster. We tried getting food ordered and unfortunately getting any sort of service is not possible (maybe youll fare better). Youll be stuck with 18 and 19 dollar pizzas (cheese or pepperoni). Theyre about the size of a frozen pizza you can buy for 2 dollars at any local grocery store (10" pizza). Youll also be pleasantly surprised by the lack of beach. Although this place is called Nikki beach the only beach youll experience is the small section of sand located near the back of the venue where many frustrated individuals congregate because this is the only location youre allowed to sit in (unless youre doing bottle service). Rest assured this spot was strategically placed so that you are quite literally away from all of the action and isolated behind bottle service recipients. Towels arent supplied either so be sure to bring those with you. No water in sight so you wont need swim trunks. If youd like to take a seat and enjoy the music vs standing and jumping in the crowd (particular people with disc issues such as myself) youre out of luck unless you enjoy sitting on the floor. After ordering one of their glorious pizzas we sat down to eat in a location where other seemed to be mingling, after some people left we were approached by staff explaining that we could not eat here unless we ordered a margarita pitcher ($60). I asked the man where we were supposed to eat since this is the only location not closed off for bottle service (practically everyone else requires bottle service, even at couches that have no viable option for accommodating bottle service) and the man pointed at the bar. The bar was flooded with college kids ordering drinks and food, the bar does not have any seating and there is no way youd ever be able to eat a pizza there. Im glad the staff has the audacity to give me such an absurd answer straight to my face. I wonder what anyone is supposed to do if they arent allowed to drink alcohol due to a medical condition (pitchers, pitchers, pitchers yall). I dont think Ive ever attend an establishment this absurd. I really wish I was making this up, but you honestly cant make this up. Avoid this place like the plague, I dont care how hyped up this place is among college students. It isnt worth it. We ended up leaving about 40% into the event and we were very glad we did, the funny part is that the main performance (Hardwell) only played for about 10 minutes before the speakers blew out. Have fun!

The only good thing about this place was the music and DJ. The food was decent but was WAY overpriced for both quality and quantity; totally not worth the hype. When we arrived, there was no street parking so my husband and I decided to valet the car, thinking it would be easier and safer. Well, that was completely wrong! It was easier to valet, but it was certainly not any safer. When we finished our lunch and got our car back from the valet, he said it looks like someone tried to key our car. The door handle was broken and the lock was bent. You would think paying $20 to valet your car would mean that it would be somewhat safe. The valet was not helpful and just said these things happen and that there isn’t anything they could do about it. I thought it was complete BS and felt that it could have even been one of the valet drivers who bent the lock and broke the door handle, not knowing how to work the car. So I went inside to talk to the manager. All he did was take photos and told us that he would write up a report. We were told there was nothing he could do and that the final decision would be made by corporate. It was a rental car and we had to return it the next day. As of today, Monday, we are still waiting to hear back from corporate. After paying for an overpriced meal, having to deal with our car being returned to us in such condition is unacceptable. Both management and the valet seemed nonchalant about the whole order, never even offered an apology. The manager just said that these things happen and that they have seen worse and that not everyone is honest. I agree that not everyone is honest and wonder if their valet screwed up. On another note, if these things happen, why would you not have better security for your customers??? Why have security cameras on inside of your facility and not the parking lot? I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to overpay for sub-par food and have your car ruined while in their custody.

My friend and I came here first in the week (wednesday). And today, Saturday. They do not state any prices on the web which they absolutely should. We called them 3 times but nobody picked up and it went to voicemail, which is also full. They only answer per email, which is not helpful because the crew has not a good communication on the inside. Let me start with our wednesday experience. The people who are supposed to inform you before seating you are a joke. You have to ask everything, they arent informative at all. We saw the cabana beds on their website and wanted them. When we came to the front desk the ladies there showed us to the beach but we wanted to be inside. They did not ask what we wanted. So we asked if they have a space inside. They said yes. Again we asked for the normal bed price they said 10. We asked for cabana bed they said 25. It shouldnt be too hard to let us know about our options without us asking everything. We took the cabana bed and everything was good after that. The food is amazing. The only downside is they do not want you to leave your stuff on the beds when you go swimming because there has been stuff stolen before. So when you are not a big group it is hard to go swim. But today (saturday) is a disaster. We made a reservation and they emailed us that we need to have alcohol for at least 350 dollars. We said we didnt want that and asked for another option for the beds. They wrote on the email that it is also first come first serve if we dont want to open a bottle. So we went there but than the front desk said that does not apply for weekends. Then why were we misinformed in the email? So we went to the beach part and got two seats and an umbrella for 20 dollars each and we had to pay 16 dollars service fee. We didnt even had any chance to get service. Absurd. We asked for water and guess what? They do not serve tap water. 7 dollar per bottle!!!!! Robbery. I suggest this place in the week but BIG NO NO on weekends.

I just came back from Nikki Beach and the service was terrible, the ambiance is really nice and the beach is awesome, but I went with a friend and it was our first time there, we had the Sunday brunch, outr waitress rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water, then she made such a big deal for splitting the check, she said it "was going to be harder for her". We had breakfast, (which by the way the guy that made my omelet was on his cell phone and had me standing there for 10 mins to make a simple omelet, he was too busy on the phone). The waitress didnt offer to refill our cups, then we went to the beach and came back after a while to get some fruit, we asked if we could sit anywhere, and a very RUDE waitress told us "when did you get your wristbands? who gave them to you? who was your server you cant just sit wherever you want!" we had simply asked if it was ok to sit there, then we asked our server and she said she didnt have any tables available, when there was tons of other tables but since they werent her table we couldnt sit, so she said we could sit at a reserved table but if the ppl came we had to get up. She never asked us if we wanted something to drink, so my friend got up to ask for some water at the bar and the rude bartender rolled her eyes at my friend and gave her a cup of water. I understand you work for tips but do you have to be that rude! we felt very uncomfortable, like if we were bothering the servers who charge you 18% gratuity when they dont even do anything cuz its a buffet you serve yourself!!! She got $12 from us for just bringing us water, this is ridiculous and then not even offering us anything else to drink because we had asked for water, unless you have money to give away you should go to Nikki Beach, otherwise just pass by it and go the beach, the sand it really nice and there arent any rocks and the water is beautiful. I was very disappointed with the service at Nikki Beach.
