What started off as a nice mother / daughter trip quickly went bad after checking in at Dunedin Lanes. The shoes smelled HORRIBLE!!!! That alone would have been enough to make me leave but my daughter had her heart set on bowling so I figured my thick socks would protect me from whatever was surely lurking in the shoes. We paid and went to our designated lane and started picking out a ball. The second ball I found I selected and as soon as I stuck my fingers in I hit something gooey in the thumb hole!!! I snatched my hand out completely grossed out. On I went looking for a new ball (after hand sanitizer) and found one which I peered into before sticking my fingers in the holes. So now were playing and things are looking up. We paid for two games and halfway through the second game our lane shut down. We were on the 5th frame so I sent my daughter up to the counter to tell them we had a technical issue (this had happened during our last trip to Dunedin Lanes also). The guy at the counter told her the game was over. I went up to the counter to explain what had happened to the guy (and a lady who was working the counter too) and the lady said "nope your game is over". I said "no its not we were only halfway through". She replied "well I cant go back in and get it working again so your game is over". Worst customer service ever- in addition to the filthy shoes and ball. I like to support local Dunedin businesses since I live here but I will certainly NEVER go back to Dunedin Lanes after this terrible experience!

Held a birthday party here expecting much better results. We bought two extra lanes which didnt work, and by the time they had gotten them fixed the time for the "bowling part of the party" expired and we were left with 30 minutes of "party time". Mind you, we were the only ones here. After the party, we went to get refills on some drinks in the "resturaunt" part and was told by the manager that their are no free refills. Then we looked at the menu and the menu has stated there are free refills. When called out on it, the manager accused us of leaving the bowling alley and coming back. Then he confronted my grandmother and asked her if she had a problem. This is NOT the way you treat your customers, especially in an economy like this.

Pretty frustrating. We went to take our kids bowling and when we got there the place was empty. The guy at the counter informed us there were two lanes we could use for maybe half of an hour because they had to do some maintenance to ALL of the lanes...and then a bowling league was coming in and they would take up the entire bowling alley, we could use the lanes on the very ends but we would have to keep alternating ends for some crazy reason or something like that. So I asked if he happened to know of any other things fun for kids in the area. He informed us there was a park and playground somewhere nearby...even though it STORMED all day and everything was soaking wet. Thanks, but no thanks.

One of the best elements of Dunedins night life and entertainment . Clean, modern, the best music (all the time ). We have come to know the owners Matt and Tom really well and now the girls at the bar have gotten to know us very well also. We enjoyed the New Years Eve night very much . If you are looking for a great place to hang out and have a fun night with friends or family, I strongly recommend . We have lots of friends that go here and enjoy the experience just the same . Was there for Cosmic bowling this past weekend. It was outstanding. It was very busy, but the staff was still extraordinarily friendly and efficient - especially the guys at the desk. The music was good, being played by a live DJ. Bar prices good as well. Ive been to all the other alleys in the area, and this is the best. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!!!

Checked out their Cosmic Bowling on a Friday night. Had a blast! Friendly and helpful staff - clean - music was good (possibly best described as a light club mix) - fun energy in the place. Only thing that could have made it better would be to have found a bowling ball among the house collection that properly fit my hand (wanted a large thumb hole in a medium to lighter ball).

Wow! What a clean, friendly and professional bowling center. Cosmic bowling Friday and Saturday night is always a hit with the family. Bartenders make great drinks for reasonable prices! All the equipment, including the shoes, are all new. This is our go to bowling center in Pinellas County. They also have a bowling league for everyone, including kids!

Weve lived in area for a long time and had never been to Dunedin Lanes before. They recently remodeled the outside of the bowling alley which is why I decided to try it out. I am glad I did. The service was outstanding, the staff friendly, and their prices are good. We are making this a regular family activity from now on.

Very clean, and lots of weekend games for the younger crowd, such as neon bowling, cosmic bowling. Special pricing on certain days.....not too sure what days, but you can always call. Business is always clean and friendly employees. Chatterbox restaurant inside is a great place to eat breakfast with great prices.

Took our teenage daughter (& friends) to "Cosmic Bowling" for her birthday & had a great time! Staff was very accommodating & the DJ made her day special. We were able to reserve lanes & even downloaded some coupons to save a little $. Well definitely be back!

They have great bowling deals here. I usually go on Fridays for all night bowling for 5 dollars. Even though we have a large group sometimes the guys are always able to do what they can to keep our group together and save a lane next to us.

Its a local bowling alley, with all that entails. Their staff is friendly, and the lanes are well-kept. Be sure to check out their Monday night special (half the town seems to show up). The bar is an added bonus, but dont come here for that

Pretty good alley very old school feel but its refreshing. Great family fun, especially on Saturday nights while they have a family night. Games and candy machines helped keep the kids entertained and the diner attached offers a menu!

This was my and my husbands first time bowling here. The staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked perfectly, and the place seemed the be fairly clean. Will definitely go back!

Every time I go, its always awesome and fun. Its a good thing to do and getting out the house. Last Tuesday, I love to play with my Special Olympics team. Its a fun place.
